Good value and clean facilities.
NO staff or even a working contact phone number for issues after 9 pm.
Was temporarily locked our of my room, at 11 pm in a rain storm, due to a faulty keypad and had no working numbers to contact anyone for help. NO ONE! Almost spend the evening in my car.

I have stayed here many times and always have a great stay! Rooms always clean. Near beach and surrounding towns.

Our condo was clean and comfortable. Loved having the full kitchen and separate bedroom. Checking in and out was a breeze. Parking right in front of your unit is super convenient!
We paid $26 for an upgrade to an ocean view and did not receive it. When I complained at the office they said they would try and refund it but did not as of yet.

The bed was so uncomfortable, the mattress felt like it was 20 years old. Thin, lumpy, and you could feel the springs digging in to your back. Worst bed I’ve ever slept in.

Was not the unit described in the pics.
Apt 509 was not clean and not maintained. Ceiling light fixtures in bathroom and living room were hanging with large holes in ceiling. No privacy because the blinds in living room, bedroom and kitchen were missing and broken. The bedroom carpet was filthy and stained. I would stay again in another unit. The staff was great!

Unit 309 was more esthetically pleasing than unit 109, 109 was near office, laundry & bbq area major +, property was walking distance to dunes/beach and local shops.
Did not feel completely safe in unit 109 due to visible signs of damage to front door & locks. Unit 309 was a little more noisy because of proximity to street.

Liked the architecture of the buildings as a group. Liked the exterior colors. Loved the foliage and cheerful setting.

No extra garbage bag, tiny garbage can. Room was too bright in the early mornings, could use black out blinds or curtains, only 2 pillows and one very thin blanket. No ice maker anywhere. Spa was really nice, but the only bench was full of green mold.

Location was perfect! You could walk to the beach no problem. The room was very clean and amazing. The beds were beyond comfortable. Instructions were detailed and communication was great. I will be staying here again!

Very friendly ladies at the reception desk. Very helpful and courteous both when we checked in and when we checked out.
Perhaps we didn't choose our room carefully enough. The room was so very small (but fresh and clean) the outside light shone through so the room was never dark even in the middle of the night. We needed two comfortable chairs in the room. but it did have one and two straight for the tiny table. The road sounds seemed to last all night.

The place was beautiful! The location was nice. I loved that it had a little kitchen and living room. It was also nice and private. We will definitely be back! 🙂
The linen, blankets, and towels did not have a clean smell to them even though they cleaned the room before we came. I don't think the oven worked because I turned it on, and it didn't get hot, plus it looked to clean, lol! Bed was a little lumpy,one side seemed like a hole, and the other side was firmer. Other than that, I loved it!

It IS close to the beach. And it is a nice large unit.
The couch is a sloppy decrepit mess. Literally, the cushions completely crushed, like some kind of college frat house. No way to be comfortable on it. I hate to think of sleeping on whatever pullout mattress was in there as we did not need it. The whole place needed a DEEP cleaning - like, seriously, DUST EVERYTHING! I set a glass down and it felt like grit underneath. We could not find a SINGLE oven ready dish to heat up some food in in the OVEN!. We set off the smoke detector probably five times even though we didn't burn anything! The lights from the Elks Lodge across the street burnt bright ALL NIGHT keeping us awake! The bed was OK. Comfortable enough. Minimal blankets.
