Iron did not work and toilet rocked when you first sat down

The inside was very nice and clean , the manager/owner was friendly. The pool was temperature which was great they offered breakfast.

The hair dryer did not work. The microwave wasn't. Plugged in ,. And the plug in was in a difficult spot. The morning of check out I came to breakfast at 8 am and they were out of cups and waffle batter.

Honestly for the price I really can’t complain. We needed a room that was clean and comfortable. This did the job. Was it any more than that? Nope, but I got what I paid for.

The hotel was outdated and a little “old smelling.” There was no elevator, which wasn’t a real problem for us, because we can walk up a flight of stairs. The room was not sound proof. Around 2 am there was a family who checked in late with crying children. As a mom I get it, late night means upset children. The walls were so thin we were able to hear the crying for awhile, where most hotels you wouldn’t have heard it at all. The last issue was the breakfast. For the price of the room I wasn’t expecting gourmet. I was hoping for ok. However, what we were served really didn’t qualify as edible food. The biscuits had to have set out at least 5 days to be that hard and brittle. The “gravy” was cement. The cereal & granola I thought would be “safe” yet they were so stale I couldn’t get the stale taste out of my mouth for awhile. The only thing I was able to have was the orange juice. We stopped at the nearest fast food before we headed back on the road.

I rented a spa room. Which has a higher rate. The spa tub was broke, which they new about but said nothing to us. When I said something to them about it they were like ya we know but can’t get it fixed till next week. Told them I want a credit for the price difference and a new room. They did move us rooms but no credit for the first night stay.

The ease of checking in - I made the reservations online. The room was clean, cool, and comfortable. I asked for a Queen size bed, and this was a double size bed. But we were so tired, the bed was comfortable, the room was cool so we turned the AC down, picked up dinner and relaxed after dinner.

There were patches on the wall that should have been painted over. I asked for a handicap accessible room and there was a tub rather than a walk in shower.

The location was good and the bed was comfortable.

Tried calling the property to let them know I was actually coming but a little late. Couldn't understand the answers I got. TV didn't work although I had nothing I wanted to watch.

Good breakfast,hot.hlt tub felt great. Comfortable room.
