It was in a good location but it wasn’t that clean.

That it was dirty our ice box’s leaked all over the floor and they did nothing about it

The lady that checked us in was very sweet.

The room was nothing like it was described on line, the bathroom was dirty, the ac in the room was not working properly, when it shut off you have to get up and turn the unit completely off and restart it. When the compressor on the mini fridge kicked off it shut the television off. There was no hangers in the room to hang your clothes. The halls were dingy and had an order. The elevator was so sketchy we didn’t know if it would work. The blinds in the room would go up but you could not get them back down. Over all a bad place to stay,

I did not stay because the room smelled really bad and it was dirty.

I didn’t like the room the staff was not helpful.

Arrived Friday evening, 1st room No hot water, she moved us to another room. No hot water. She moved us to another room, the key wouldn't work, so we went down and she swiped the key again, the key worked but would unlock the door. Went back down told her the indicator light flashed green/red. Shows someone is in the room. The lady got very upset with us, said Noone is in the fing room. Gave us another room. This one actually had hot water, as in would turn on and have water coming out at least. As for the occupied room it was one of their cleaning ladies staying in the room she just used her access key instead of telling the checkin lady she was in the room.

2 rooms literally no hot water as in nothing would come out of the faucet. The way the front desk treated us for wanting a room that worked, for letting her know she gave us an occupied room, the way she treated us the 2nd night we were there and our key didn't work.

Our first room was nasty and not clean. There were stains on the sheets and blankets for one of the beds and when called to get clean sheets they told us to come to the office to get a new blanket but they couldn’t give new sheets because they didn’t have any. There was loose hair all over the room and the bathtub had a nasty looking yellow patch and I seen enough and called and asked for a different room. At first he told me no they didn’t have any, but then sent me to another room. The doorknob on this door did not work properly and gets stuck. It was very late when we got in there so we checked the beds, they appeared clean so us and our kids went to sleep. Around 7-8 in the morning my husband woke up and roaches were CRAWLING ON THE WALL above our bed. Hell no. We snatched our kids up and I went to the front desk and told the lady and she accused me and my husband of LYING. Very unprofessional and very rude. She came to the room “to verify there was a roach.” She proceeded to the room and DIDNT WANT TO TOUCH THE LIGHT SWITCH BECAUSE IT WAS NASTY!! I said “Ma’am, if you as a worker don’t want to touch it, then this shouldn’t have been given to me.” She tried to say that we are the ones who dirtied it. She started pulling things out to check for bugs and the room got worse from there. She pulled out the tv and there was a super old dominos box with dried up grease everywhere. There was a complete TOENAIL under the dresser. There were used cotton swabs under the bed. It was DISGUSTING and I felt nasty letting my two kids sleep there that night. It was so nasty we didn’t want to shower there. I was very irritated and told her I was checking out early and wanted my money back for the night I hadnt stayed and she made it so hard. She at first told me no, but quickly changed her attitude she saw the roaches. Even with all the inconvenience she caused me and my family, she still made the process of getting a refund so hard.

Staff was pleasant, and helpful.

Lack of actual vending machines, items were available at the front desk but not convenient. Breakfast was lacking variety. We were there for a softball tournament, I had hoped for washer and dryer, but I didn't not double check the amenities.
