It’s Always Clean Quite & Comfortable

Out Of The Year & A Couple Months Of Staying At Days In-N-Out Our Last Visit Our Room Was Given Away & We Were Told That Booking At This Hotel Isn’t Guaranteed. This Is The Second Time We Had An Issue With The Front Desk Employee. He Upgraded Our Room & Wanted To Charge Us Way More. His Customer Service Was Very Very Poor & He Didn’t Care At All.

Place could have been more clean.. there was flies and I asked for a non smoking room because I had my baby with me n the room was stink of cigarettes. Stayed for three nights and no one came and offered room service.

The bedspread was dirty. The desk was broken. There was no elevator. We had to make 2 trips to our room.

1st room I entered smelled of weed, had to change rooms. (Something house keeping should have picked up on if they did the job efficiently)No elevator only stairs. Was extremely tired upon arrival but was required to evacuate building due to a gas leak. That was abt 1.5 to 2 hours of sitting in my vehicle.

The location was perfect for my destination.

The hotel smelled of smoke. Even my room smelled of smoke and it was a non smoking room. The air was stale. The water had a smell to it as well.

Eo chose to stay here based on the closeness to a wedding we were going to. It was nice to be close to restaurants and attractions

The room looked dirty, there were huge spiders in our air conditioner. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I was up all night because of loud banging noises that never stopped. We were right behind the manager office, we called and they said they would look into it but it never stopped. Also the water smelled like sulfur. When we showed the water felt gross and smelled even worse I could not soar to get out of there. I would not recommend. Not that anyone ever asked.

peaceful comfortable we enjoy are stay at times. this time we stayed for a wedding. we needed an extra day for a family event however we were asked to pay way over for one extra night the same amount we paid for two nights. we haven’t been back since

payment for one extra night was the same amount for two days. we always pick this hotel NO MATTER WHAT we could always go to a 5star but we enjoy the peace while staying in another state

Room was not clean fridge needed to be defrost. No remote for tv. Shortage on towels.

There was a noisy compressor or air conditioner left on somewhere nearby/next door which prevented me from sleeping. I was exhausted when I woke up. Plus, your free breakfast was nothing short of terrible. Bad coffee and very little to chose from to eat.
