Property was great! The manager was amazing Mr Patel..

The staff!! Room maids were not very helpful, The breakfast lady was extremely rude and very disrespectful like she didn’t like the guest eating.. like get a different job where you can be rude all u want! This is a hotel.. work for ur dollar! Also didn’t get names but the front desk guy was also very rude and unwelcoming. Like why have a job in customer service when you obviously don’t like people?!? Ramada Inn, get you some new employees! That will take care of ur guests here in El Paso! The other two gentlemen and manager were amazing! Just take one or two bad apples to make ur stay uncomfortable! Here for cancer treatments and last thing I need is this type of people who don’t care about their jobs…

Clean room, hot shower, nice quiet area. Close to freeway for easy on easy off. Lighted parking lot and room area.

Big size suite with stove and refrigerator. Delicious hot foods for breakfast, good location to highways and airport.

Room was dirty, dark and don't have the staff to use the sofa bed first night, making a real nightmare first night. At morning nightmare got worse they offer hot breakfast and it is not real, chilaquiles made with a nachos tortilla, burned beans, water- coffee, bagels but a out of services sign in the toaster, pancake machine covered to people cannot use it, and gravy but not bisquets.

Value paid wasn't too much to the services received, bad customer services, dirty place, no hot breakfast, no courtesy water at room, . Everything was a big mess.

Spacious rooms of thoughtful design, which also included a kitchenette.

Parking spaces on sides were limited and parking in the back looked risky. Better lighting and obvious security cameras would be a benefit.
