The staff was very friendly and helpful with my booking. I used booking.com and apparently signed up for a smoking room when i don’t smoke and have 3 little kids with me. The mail check in clerk was very helpful in finding me a non smoking room!
Rooms could have been cleaned a little better. There is a leak in the sink in 113. Maybe make sure all lamps are plugged in and have working light bulbs. Everything else was great.

The Jacuzzi was very loud! The toilet and shower wasn't private. The shower was small!

Room was fairly clean but handprints on the headboard still, phone not working in room, no coffeemaker like advertised, Fridge was almost a solid block of ice when first arrived

beds where not comfortable. I had blood splatter on the floor and curtain. I payed the extra for a kitchen and they didn’t provide and utensils, pots, pans. what is the point in a kitchen, if you have to bring all that kind of thing with you?

The smell of curry....it had an odor that we had to spray febreze

Red Roof was located close to where I spent the majority of my time. I had to rent a room last minute and spent two nights there. They offer continental breakfast at decent hours, but I was always in a hurry in the morning. Its location is also nearby different restaurants and shopping.
There was an unfortunate incident on my second day where the housekeeping came in and threw away some things I had there. When I inquired at the main office, I was told that I was put on a check out list and that this is standard. I told the clerk that I definitely remembered turning down room-cleaning at check in for the next day since I wasn't slated to leave for another night. They were apologetic, but informed me that there was nothing that could be done. I wonder where the miscommunication came from.

Dirty, Could See Visualable Stains On The Bedspread, Had To RIP It Off anvd Toss Into The Corner Of The Room. Asked An employee To Get A Clean One But He Never Did. Cleaning Crew Only Came One Day To Clean, And Just Did A Quick Run Through.
