NOTHING , THE ROOM WAS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING I DEEP CLEANED IT MYSELF AND THEN I WAS TOLD A STAY WOULD BE GIVEN TWICE AND THEN THEY TOOK THAT BACK …I HAVE VIDEOS AND PICTURES OF FECES AND BLOOD EVERYWHERE AND ITS RIDICULOUS.
EVERYTHING …I JUST AM DOING A SMALL CLAIM TO GET MY MONEY BACK BC IT WAS DISGUSTING …IM SENDING MY PICTURES TO MY ATTORNEY

The random people coming in and out, side door not being able to lock. How stained and smelly the room was and the breakfast

No towels....
Then asked for towels and was told there were none to wait 20 min and upon receiving the towels over an hr and a half later they smelled funky and I was only given the floor towels.
There were crack heads messing with my door and calling my room.
The whole floor smelled like crawfish because another customer was cooking in the hotel.

Absolutely nothing tried to charge me an early check in even though I did not check in early stayed for three nights and every day I had to get my room key redone the first night I was there the front desk manager walked into my room without knocking just open the door came in and started looking around

The guy that worked the morning/day shift was very inviting, friendly and helpful. The lobby and halls were clean. The breakfast area was clean as well. I don't eat breakfast, but needed some coffee.
I booked a room for 2 adults for 2 nights, but was only given 1 towel. The coffee pot was cracked, so I didn't use it. One of the lamps beside the bed was barely put together. It would fall over if touched.

The room was sooooo dusty! Our shower had a hole in the ceiling and it leaked when the room upstairs had the water on. The blow dryer was broken and when we told the front desk about the issues he said he would get another blow dryer in our room asap. Well, we NEVER got a working hair dryer! Nobody came to see the hole in the shower ceiling and when we asked for more towels they said they were out of towels at the moment because they were all in the washers and dryer’s! We didn’t get extra towels for hours! I took pictures of the condition of the room so that I could file a proper complaint. I called Wyndham customer support as soon as we woke up on the morning of the 20th and requested that we move our reservation for the next night to another location all together! The customer service agent said that he could not transfer us to another location. We would have to pay in full for a room somewhere else even though we had already paid for two nights at this location and our experience the first night was absolutely terrible and it made me upset because i felt like nobody cared about how we felt! I feel that the conditions and lack of safety at that location made Wyndham look bad! Also, I called up to the front desk to ask for a later checkout and they offered me to stay until 3:00pm for $40, I agreed and gave them permission to charge it to my debit card on file. At around noon, I got up out of the bed to use the restroom and as I was walking into the bathroom, the door to the room opened without knocking and without making their presence known at all! I pushed the door shut from the inside and asked what the problem was? They said my debit card didn’t go through and they needed $40 cash! So I gave it to them and requested a receipt. I checked my bank account and it did go through. When we got downstairs to check out the front desk guy gave us our $40 back and apologized.

At Noisy Super8 motel in Abilene TX! Noisy neighborhood. Noisy probably drunk people in adjacent room. Had THREE police cars in lot when we arrived, removing "rowdy" people! Attempted sleep with TV on & Personal Protective Device (PPD) nearby! Barricaded our doors! Booked motel using Bookings.com while on the road. Motel messed up reservation. We ordered 2 queen beds & handicap accessible. They got the handicap part right, but gave us ONE king bed! My Sister & I DO NOT sleep well in ONE bed! At least not since we were children, which has long since pasted! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE MOTEL!

Jonathan and Patricia are always very nice and helpful. Always try to get me a handicapped room as I have a seizure disorder.
I don't like the back door and how it's always broken no handle people smoking out around that side door. I think that the owner to do something about that. It would be nice to feel safe and secure when using that door. The hair dryer in 118 is always broken coming off the handle and falling down.

Rooms were dirty and smelled of tobacco smoke on the entire floor. Emergency doors were used by addicts as ways into the building. Did not feel safe. Only slept a couple hours and got back on the road.

They accommodated my handicapped husband by taking the rails off of the bed so that he could transfer from his wheelchair to the bed. Breakfast was good. Comfortable bed, very firm. A nice pool for use at a future visit
Manager seems unhappy and irritable. Ice was out except on second floor. Our room was on the first. The elevator sticks. The foyer and hallways of the hotel are very hot and they kept trying to get it working. Our already booked room was not ready so we had.to wait in the hot lobby for 3 1/2 hours while they cleaned it.

It was nice that every where we went was not far.
When we arrived at the motel the room we was given had not been cleaned. Looked like previous guessed had just left. There was no drinks in the vending machines. It was like that on every floor. When we did find a drink that we may could drink, the machine charged my card $10.10 for every transaction I made. Was charged $50.50 by the time I was done. Machine told me it was charging me $1.98. Didn't realize the charges until I checked my account after we drove 5 hours away. I will not be going back.

Nothing good about this hotel ... manager not doing her job too busy going to guest rooms visiting the locals asking guests for alcohol and inappropriate behavior..there's hardly never breakfast due to no supplies all staff need to be tested do to uncalled for behavior at all hours of night.continusly knocking at certain locals doors...

We arrived late around 9:30 got in our room and there was no pillows…towels.. or cable box in our “freshly remodeled “room. Also the shower rod was coming out the wall. I ask for a new room and they had none so we left to eat dinner and gave them time to fix the issues. Came back things were better but still not great for a “remodeled” room the tv went out about 30 mins into us watching tv so at that point we just went to bed.
