I like the location and that we could eat at the Denny's and had a discount...

I thought the price for the room was too high for what you get. It could have been more reasonable. The furniture was dated, and the mattress was a little hard. The bathroom was small, and it had a tub instead of a walk-in shower.

The breakfast and the breakfast staff were great. The convenient location was great.

If you book a room and facility in advance and they schedule a renovation of pool and hot tub area, most facilities will call in advance and inform you of the renovation in case you want to cancel and make alternative plans. We specifically booked this facility as it had a hot tub and we have some medical issues that require a hot tub for comfort. We arrived on January 11 and were told it would be a couple of days until pool/hot tub would be available. After a couple of days it still wasn’t available. We went and spoke again to the front desk. The hot tub still wasn’t available when we left 12 days later. This is a poor way of running a business. And since we weren’t able to use the hot tub our pain and comfort levels went up and we were unable to enjoy the activities we had planned on doing. We rotated mattresses as they were pretty worn. The chairs were covered with stains. We finally figured out the smell was a bottle of curdled milk left from a previous family. There is no elevator so if you’re booking make sure to specify you want a ground floor. We will comeback to the area but would not stay at this facility again. Poor customer service.

Include original oatmeal packets with all the sugared ones

one washer was not working which probably would have been fine but someone else left laundry in for overnight and well into the next morning.

Really great staff! They were helpful and kind. Really above and beyond.

The hot tub was lukewarm at best and dirty. The room was clean but a little run down. Small TV.

The breakfast was delicious! Nicer still was that the hostess was helpful with using the waffle grille and put in a reservation for us to have a to go brfst the next day when we had to leave at 4:30 AM.

We transferred rooms as the first smelled of mold to my girlfriend. Then the second day and "to go" reservations did not get transferred as well. We had to return to office to get key to room to work and wait for "To go" to be made up.

Easy of getting into the property. The breakfast variety, the cleanest hotel I've had in a while and staff was amazing.
