disgraceful disgusting filthy the staff told they had no room booked in my name then they gave me the only room left which I refused to stay in then that gave a half cleaned room which I had no choice to take they told me me they would give me a good discount I want a total refund

The rooms are new and contain everything you need as far as a kitchen. The bathroom is clean and equipped with the necessities. Plus a sitting area with a sofa, internet connection LAN line and the desk attendants are super helpful. There is an outside sitting area and it’s close to shopping and a fantastic Thai restaurant. I would stay there again.

Location was awesome.

Manager was rude. Manager would not try and fix a problem with our reservation. Blamed booking.com for the problem. Manager said booking.com was the worse 3rd party company to book reservations with. Told us to find another hotel.

Breakfast was good. They could have changed it up a little though we were there for 4 days.

I did not like the fact the maintenance man just walked into my room uninvited while my 15 year old son was sleeping and startled him. They said they called the room and because nobody answered they went to see if the room was occupied. I already checked in and ran my card through so they knew someone was in there. Very unprofessional to walk into a room without an invite. Someone could have been unclothed. My son immediately called me as I was by the pool. Not happy at all with that situation. I hid my valuables the rest of the trip. I would have changed hotels but we had already changed once because Home2Suites was more affordable than the Doubletree we were at. When I spoke to the manager she acted as if it was casual and not a big deal! If I’m that area again I will NOT stay at that hotel. I’m a Hilton Honors member as well.

The kitchen in the room was helpful

Upon check in we were given a room that reeked of cigarette smoke. There were kids that were allowed to run the halls at 1 am. The noise from the pool at midnight was terrible. Unfriendly and didnt care

it was close to what we were doing

got double charged but was then reimbursed.
