Many items were out of service. Elevator, ice maker, etc.

Staff was very nice. Location is good.

Reported black mold on the walls in the bathroom within minutes of getting in there. I got an apology four days later no one ever came and to sanitized, clean it. I even followed up on it on the second day still, no one came fixed the issue. When I booked this room, I booked it because the website said ON SITE fitness center, spa or Jacuzzi. None were available to us due to “maintenance “ None of the ice machines work, I was told you can walk to the hotel next-door to get ice when needed. There is heavily rusted equipment right next to the indoor pool with jagged metal edges. we used the pool very briefly because I had worries that my son would hurt himself we got out and never used it again. The rooms have bugs in them, on more than one occasion myself, and my son woke up with something crawling on us and with bites on our legs. And I don’t mean one or two bites, I mean 8 to 10 on each leg, but we’re not not there when went to sleep. This hotel is not worth $45 a night much less what what I was actually charged. People go on vacation not to have to deal with these type of issues to get through a day. No one should have to walk all the way across a parking lot to another business in104+ heat index to get ice when the paid for ice to be on the floor the booked. Absolutely horrible experience. the owner should be ashamed that things have not gotten that far away from them at that location. I’m a hospitality business owner and have been for 30+ years, this is unacceptable. I’m not knocking the staff in anyway. I know these things are out of their hands and they have to deal with frustrated customers. The staff was top-notch and very cordial.

Nice location and I felt safe.

Something was going on with the fire alarm and it was going off every 3-5 minutes. It was horrible and I ended up checking out earlier than I planned because I could not sleep. This noise continued for at least an hour before I finally left. I did not have an issue until my final morning. I'm not a complaining person but I almost asked for a portion of my stay to be comped as I had to leave hours before I planned.

There is easy parking. Room and bed were comfortable.

Halls need some updating. Pool is small and there is no hot tub.

Customer service was non existent. There was a cock roach in our bathroom. Took 40 minutes to get checked in. Was told someone would contact us regarding it all and never once was. When spending $304 for 2 nights you don't expect to walk into a room with a huge gash in the chair. I definitely won't stay there again.
