Amazing comes to my mind first!!!! It's beautiful, great staff ,kind friendly. Very clean, safe, and breakfast was amazing too.

The lady at front desk..I believe the name is Roni super nice lady and very helpful. She even made new coffee from us when we got there. Definitely stay again
The breakfast..the lady cooked too much and you can tell that the next day is leftovers.. the breakfast area was not to clean and the seats was dirty.

They were not able to give us adjacent rooms though there's an adjacent room option on their online reservation.

The hotel is very close to the ski resort, the breakfast is ok, and the front desk staff is very nice.
The hotel's air conditioner is very loud, and it works every 30 minutes or so, so I can't take a good rest. I booked a room for four days. I contacted booking on the second day to check out one day in advance. The hotel refused to handle it. In the end, I still collected the money for four days. Maybe this hotel is short of the room fee of more than 100.

We really enjoyed staying here. It is located in between sugar and beech mountain and tons of things near by. The staff was very welcoming. The room was clean and had everything we needed in it. Staff let's you know if you're staying multiple days that housekeeping will not go in your room so you just put your trash and dirty linens outside the door and they will pick them up. And you can always call for more linens and a room freshen after 3 nights.
The breakfast could've been better and the towels were not the best.
