not clean and had roaches

dissapointing. It's not breakfast, its a grab bag that is hardly ever out for the guest to grab. i have no problem iy being a grab bag but advertise a grab bag and not brekfast. first of all i dont give my child things that sweet in the morning and only once per day. so we still had to go and get breakfast for my four year old after learning this.

its a lot of roaches, so im sure things could be cleaned better and sanitized. some of the staff is polite and some just dont care. one guy pocketed our payment so were charged double. none of the staff the service the rooms can speak or understand any english. lastly they bring their kids to work with them while they are servicing the rooms so the kids wake you up a lot of the time.

The website pictures was miss leading. The rooms smells and dirty.. Did not stay went to another hotel. The windows was dirty couldn't really see out.

I liked the fact that they had a restuarant in the hotel.

The fact that they advertised breakfast with your stay but when I went for breakfast there was nothing there. The front desk clerk said that they didn't have anything. Dont advertised breakfast if its not available!!

The establishment is very dated and nothing was open including the restaurant and bar.

This hotel is OK, not exceptional.

Breakfast was always late and when the eggs finally arrived, I was leaving. I couldn't communicate with the maids because they don't speak English, plus they forgot to do my room one day. I think I should be compensated for that but hotels nowadays don't care. Frankly, this hotel is very shabby. If I was the owner, I'd be humiliated.

Clean up hallway walls floor very dirty

It was clean and quiet and the personal pleasant with a quick response to our beeping fire detector. Very pleasant stay.

Staff moved us to another room without issue. Second room on top floor smelled and looked cleaner. Hotel need upgrades for price

Cost of room not worth it!! First room terrible - BUGS! walls damaged, wall paper falling off wall. Carpet nasty. Beds stained. Smelled awful. Elevator very slow, no lights, need to be inspected. Had a band in the bar and grill- not worried about Covid but when asked about breakfast was told limited bags would be at front desk due to Covid... So it was okay if you were drinking eating and listening to the band with no mask but if you were a paying customer to stay there they were worried about covid so they serve you bag breakfast and not enough available to cover room accommodations. Didn't make good sense.

Had a roof over smoking area and places to sit. Had the pool all to ourselves.

When we first got there the lady gave us our keycard and the room still had somebody in it so we got another. No fridge in room, microwave was sitting on the floor, noisey kids. The maids all seemed to live at the motel with there kids and they were all in close proximity to our room. Ice machine made a pretty good hummimg noise right by our room. Doors slamming all the time which was the maids and kids in and out of there rooms and they were sitting in the hallway a lot and yacking right outside our door. room smelled musty and like cigars when we arrived but I guess we got used to it. Parts of the wallpaper was stapled on where it had peeled at the seams. There was no breakfast and no coffee except the cheap crap inside our room, oh and the fire alarm went off 2 days in a row scaring the heck out of most of the guests.
