Nothing

Here’s what I didn’t like about the property: 1. The place does not look like the pictures—likely taken years ago. 2. The welcome area and elevator were dirty. 3. The 2nd floor hallway had stained carpets and trash outside nearly every room. 4. The room smelled like mold, and the air conditioner needed a new filter, making me sneeze and feel stuffy. 5. One of the beds appeared to have been hastily remade. 6. The bathroom was filthy, with poo stains. 7. The second room I was given had the same issues—soap marks in the shower and smelly sheets. 8. The entire building’s air conditioning system needs an overhaul. 9. I ended up checking out after one night despite booking for two, losing money since it was non-refundable. 10. The overall condition felt like a rundown motel.

Nothing ended up not staying, left after second room given and bed still stained!

Arrived received first room there was hair on both beds, old splattered blood stains on pillows and other bed had a dried hard stain. Returned downstairs, showed pictures and requested new room she accommodated. Got in new room massive black stains and blood stains on pillows! I was no longer willing to stay. Returned downstairs to return keys and let them know. Was embarrassed was there to celebrate my daughter’s birthday! Had to get new hotel. Very upset under circumstances they still wouldn’t refund my money!! I am also on oxygen so cleanliness matters!!!

Staff ladies were amazing and sweet . Check in was fast and painless any question or concerns was immediately fixed and addressed.

I really thought it was abandoned when I got there from looking at the building. It Bags full of trash waiting by the elevator upstairs along with piles of dirty towels. Water pressure is EXTREMELY LOW and the water doesn’t get hot. There’s a window busted on the side of the building. The heat in the room doesn’t heat up. 4/10

The staff was horrible. The hotel is ghetto. There were no wash clothes or toilet paper in the room!

Ice machine didn't work

The night time clerk was amazing. Brought up my cell phone that I left at front desk,before I even knew I left it there. Also changed my room when I told him my room was too hot.He did it fast with no problems. Very nice guy. Very personable and was there to please me.
