The stuff was very nice

I am temporarily homeless and was needing a temporary home for 3 months in the form of two rooms. $20 a night for a 4lb small dog is crazy when the room with 4 people a night is $65 a night. And because the address on my license counts me as a local resident, I had to pay a $200 cash ⁹deposit. But I explained I wouldn't need a room if I had a home. $200 is a lot of cash for a single mom. I can understand doing a cash deposit for most local individuals but they lost 3 nights of revenue by requiring this deposit.

the location was good.

the pricing was all over the place. I paid $74 one night then its $97 the next night for the same room and not on the weekend. It left me feeling cheated.

It was quiet. The staff were friendly. Well lit, and felt safe.

No elevator. Needs to be updated. Tub and toilet were clean, but their oldness made them look dirty. They need to get rid of the bed toppers with print and just use clean sheets. We also don’t like the white lights in the room: it feels like you’re at the office. Yellow/warm light is more welcoming.

Room was totally damp and musty. You could feel the humidity on the carpet and the furniture. Used socks were lying in the dirty hallways. Don’t think there was ever a cleanup
