It smelled like weed and sewage for the last 2 days of our stay. And there were some shady people standing around outside the doors making it very uncomfortable to leave or come back in.

The staff was so friendly and helpful!! The front desk lady ( unfortunately didn’t catch her name ) was so fun to talk to. We were in town for a concert and she seemed to care a lot ! She asked us how it went and told us to be safe. She was wonderful

There was some disruptive guests, and police ended up coming. 100% NOT the hotel’s fault. They handled the situation with grace.

Where to begin... the website boasted proximity to nearby locations, which were completely inaccurate, costing us huge Uber fees when we expected to be within walking distance. The young girl at the counter checking us in had no idea what she was doing and was new to the area; therefore, was completely useless with answering questing. The "manager" was like an 18 year old boy who tried referring his local buddies when we inquired about suggestions. He also told us we could get a full refund, when Booking.com said no. The room was disgusting. There weren't even cabinet doors on the cabinet and the side of the toilet had likely never been cleaned *vomit*

Uncomfortable bed. Shower drain was clogged and very slow to drain. Front desk not open when advertised. Don't stay here.

Staff. They attempted to come into my room without knocking. Then there was a problem with their system and taking my payment. they wanted me to run my card again even though my checking account showed the charge in my account. I decided to check out after only one night and had to drive home late at night for 5 hours by myself because of this inconvenience

There was no breakfast and although we did have a few things that needed maintenance on it was a clean room and comfortable beds.

No breakfast . No remote control for tv when we got to room. Light switch mixed up had a hard time getting it figured out to have a light on in bathroom. Then only one of the lights worked . No cabinet doors above stove in kitchen area, didn't look very nice. Rubber seal on refrigerator door needs to be replaced. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Stephanie the manager told my husband when he went downstairs to get remote control she would give us a discount which we didn't receive. Over all it was a pretty nice place to stay .
