I didn't love the cemetery right outside our door

the room is so cozy, good size, comfortable. the location is perfect, close to the coast, and has some good restaurants right next to it.

Nothing really bad, but both times that I needed to see someone at the reception, their were not that and we had to wait for 10min or so.

My fiancé and I have stayed here multiple times and absolutely love it. Very kind, helpful and welcoming staff. Comfortable, warm rooms in a great location.

They have a serious mold problem in the rooms and on the curtains. They need a serious remodel- paint is peeling and the grounds look really tired. Not worth the 700 plus $$$ we spent for a two night stay.

the Pool was not heated. and breakfast was just a muffin and apple in a bag. the bed was in the firm side

never could get hooked up to Wifi & the room temperature is preset, unchangeable so was too warm for sleeping. very puny pillows

It was a short distance from the beach.

the windows didn’t have a shade curtain so no sun light came in.

The walls were dirty, the shower is very messy with no way to contain water from wetting the entire floor The mattress was sunken in the middle

I wish the pool and spa was open. There were no vending machines for late night snacks. Staff was pleasant. Room was clean and fresh. Bed was ok, could've been better.

The location is great. The room was nice. The fireplace and balcony were nice. The staff was nice. The place is pretty quiet.

The place is lacking exterior maintenance. It lacks pride of ownership. ie the walkways and stairs, the fencing is falling down. Etc.

The bedding, the towels, the pool that was shut down by the city, the fireplace I was told not to use, the grimy railing down to my room, the surly young man who checked me in.

I'm sure there are some nice rooms here but we paid nearly 300 dollars for a dingy, moldy room on the parking lot. Not worth what I paid. The bathroom wall bottom was an oozing moldy mess. Most rooms had some kind of view. The hotel looked nice in photos. Not happy.
