Overpriced other motels about 50.00$ - 80.00$ cheaper.

Pulled the covers back from my bed and the sheets and orange stains on them.

The management team there is awful. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anybody. They need to be shut down. This was the worst experience that I have ever had staying at a hotel out of town.

The only issue is I'm disabled hard to walk at times the facility should have an elevator

Breakfast was decent, seemed to be a clean facility

Doors were locked so we couldn’t get in unless we called number on door. Rooms were never cleaned while there. Trash was never emptied. Only gave us 1 key for 3 people. Over all we were not impressed and will not stay there again.

The day we checked in the staff was great. The room was ok. The view of the creek was awesome.

The staff checking out was not friendly and had no knowledge of how to give me a copy of my receipt. The bed and the chair was not soft or comfortable at all. The bathroom floor had mold around the tub and baseboards due to shower curtain being to short.

Very comfortable hotel and a good location. Easy off road location.

Hot tub was out of order. Breakfast ran out 1/2 hrs before close. Several people didn't have anything but cereal.

Location and price

The ice machines were not working at all the whole time. So no way of having ice even if I bought a bag it wouldn't have fit in the little freezer.

We try to stay here a couple times a year. The front desk manager always remembers me by name and always gives us our favorite room! I'm always impressed with how clean and comfortable the rooms are.

Staff was very friendly. It was close to all the things we had planned. The rooms were very clean. Our room was creek side. Balcony was very clean and had 2 rocking chair to enjoy the view.

One of the main reasons we booked there was for the heated pool and hot tub. The hot tub in broke/not working. The bathroom at the pool is out of order. The pool was cold even though they said it was heated. Bed are extremely hard and uncomfortable!!

Good location

The "mountain view" was of parking lot & road. The indoor pool was Cold water!! No ice machines worked!!!

The location and the staff,enjoyed the balcony. We loved the mountain view.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable

Both ice machines were out of order, we were told they were going to purchase ice to provide guests, however we only got about 12 pieces of ice for our entire 2 night stay. The indoor pool room smelled awful and the jacuzzi was drained and disgusting looking. The sausage on the breakfast was in water and tasted bad and the eggs tasted like they had been frozen and thawed multiple times.

That they locked her door to the breakfast at 8:30 in the morning when it was supposed to go till 9:00 and the Wi-Fi service was not good at all

Very Friendly Staff, great accommodations and a great breakfast to start the day! Beds were comfortable and rooms clean and inviting. Great location and information to attractions near-by.

Not much to comment here. Everything met or exceeded my expectations. Will return to this property when back in Maggie Valley.
