The new floors no carpet was great

The room walls were nasty booked non smoking room was placed in smoking room walls nasty from smoke multiple places that were I am assuming they were patching never was painted staff at check in very inattentive didn’t care Staff at check out regarding why we were placed in smoking room was not interested in it didn’t want help To have to clean my room before I could stay and spray due to old smoke smell after midnight is ridiculous The beds are hard as a rock and no one was able to sleep Never again will we stay here and I will be letting everyone I know this

beds are hard, pillows hard, hair dryer didn’t work, windows weren’t fully sealed allowing talk from the night window to be clearly heard.

Clean and adequate for one night stay.

The room was very spacious and you could tell have been renovated fairly recently. The staff was friendly. Good location for us to easily commute to Cherokee, Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge for the day.

The overwhelming scent in the lobby area, smelled like incense. It wasn't a bad smell, but for those who are sensitive to strong smells it would definitely be a problem. And the pillows were terrible, very thin!
