Great location close to all the restaurants and shopping !!!!!

The fridge did not work and when I wanted to stay another night the lady at the front desk told me she would have to check me out and then recheck me back into tue same room and charge me another deposit

property was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was good

it was close to where we were going out to, the staff was friendly.

room wasn’t fully cleaned when we were given the key and had to stand outside while they cleaned but they were very nice and very fast to fix it and the other guest stood outside our room blaring car radios drinking and being very loud.

the receptionist was very nice.

When we arrived, the first room had not been made up. We were given a second room. it was freezing cold, didn’t look like it was wiped down at all. the cabinet holding the fridge and microwave has a lot of spill marks. there was hairs on the bathroom’s floor alone with a dead bug. Not sure what, but it made me think of a type of roach. I pulled the sheet pack to put my daughter to bed and there was a broken fingernail in the bed and the pillows had marks on it. After 14 hrs on the road we were too tired to go and ask for another room, although I don’t think it would have mattered. We will not be stay i g at a Super 8 again.

Allowed late check in which accommodated us well. Outside of the top blanket, the sheets and pillowcases were noticeably clean.

The room was dirty, fridge continuously leaked out onto the floor, top blanket had holes all over it.

Close to the freeway

Our room was not as expected. The sofa sleeper was a futon that had stains on it. There was no extra bedding. The walls and floors had lots of marks/dirt and did not appear clean. The bathroom door hinge was broken so it is hard to close. The main door and side door (?) do not fit the door frame well and it did not feel secure. We were just passing through and it was a last minute choice because of the storm. It did provide us a place to sleep (2 adults in a queen & 4 kids in a queen sideways) for the 6 hours we needed but by far does not match photos in listing nor expectations. The room was very run down.
