Location - Bathroom was clean and room was nice size
A bit outdated and beds were extremely squeaky. $788 for 4 nights was too high

The room was very comfortable all night that we were there. The temperature was great. The beds were very comfy. Not to soft and not to hard.
I do not have a smart phone so not able to access the restaurant information, also not able to access the tv guide info off the tv, but that was minor.

overall it was a nice hotel
I was charged more than what I was quoted. We asked for a room close to the casino and there really are none but we were given a room that was all the way down the end of a hallway. Walking distance was really far. I probably would have been better off getting in my car and driving around to the casino. That was my biggest complaint was how far our room was.

great check in staff - Nikkita (??)! She put all of our rooms together.
handicap parking at casino entrance is quite far from the entrance. We were traveling with someone in a wheelchair.
Also - the casino gave us account cards and told us they put $10 to start with for signing up. The cards were blank.
The casino should not stop serving alcohol. The bingo hall should have alcohol. The bingo hall should not stop serving beverages/soft drinks (water!) at 7:30 when the event goes until 8:30.

I like the location & convenience of the activities available.
It was not clean. The air vents were covered in dust & there were dust balls on the floor under the desk h chairs. I was not sure the sheets were even changed. They looked like they were just straightened to.make the bed.

Nothing for over night guests. No morning coffee or tea.Over priced morning goods and a $20 breakfast buffet.
Glad l only stayed. 1 night instead of the 3 l had planned.

The location, was amazing for what we went to do, the staff was nice.
The beds weren’t comfy, the floor were a mess it had toe nails, and food in the floor and the area where the chairs are the floor was caked in dust.

The room was nice the view was over the roofs and nothing to write home about. The parking was ok.
The tub would not drain. It really didn't seem like they Swept the floor, as the bathroom had tissue and dirt on the floor. The bathroom fan did not work. The lid was broke off the kerig but still worked.

We were told we would have a shuttle to get to the airport and we did not. We left at 3/00am and we had to walk to the airport. The guy at the front desk was very rude and did not help us at all. Did not even care at all.

There are plenty of eating options. Just a short indoor walk to the casino. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly.

The decor throughout the entire facility is beautiful. The concept of having different "towers" where rooms are located makes it seem even more fancy. The [king] room is gorgeous, & having a walk in shower is handy. Having a few food vendors on location is nice, too. Also, the attached convention center (not to mention the casino) makes the entire experience worthwhile.
A continent breakfast is never a downfall, especially when one has an entire family traveling with. It would have been nice to not have to pay for some of the food (even snacks).

When given my room went to it and someone was already in it. They just gave me a different room and didn’t seem to worried about.

The location is perfect. It, as a facility has a lot to offer and is beautiful.
The room had one small garbage can. Not enough space for luggage and extras with 4 adults. If I am not reimbursed for the add on amenities charge, which I see as a scam people will hear about it.
