It was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The bathroom door is ridiculous. It’s one of those sliding barn door things. It doesn’t actually cover the opening to the bathroom. Even when closed, there is a 3-inch gap to see in.

The staff did a very poor job and keeping the hotel quiet after 10. It was well after 1am before I could get sleep because guests were screaming and running in the halls. Called the front desk multiple times for nothing to happen.

Great location. Very nice facilities. Landscaping and grounds were well cared for. Nicely decorated room.

Shower was not terribly clean. Leftover hairs found in shower.

The facility was excellent with an outstanding view.

Chop shop restaurant prices were v high. We looked the menus up before going and ate elsewhere for all meals.

The location was great, easy access to everywhere. The property was beautiful inside and outside was as well. Very clean, bed was very comfortable, I like a little firmer pillow, but my husband liked his. We walked outside around the grounds in the morning, it was beautiful out, and so relaxing to walk along the river. Several places to sit and relax, drink our Starbucks from right inside, that was nice to have that available. We sat beside a beautiful fountain under the trees in the shade on a beautiful patio, very inviting and comfortable. Loved all of our stay. And the AC felt great on such a very hot day!

There was bottled water in our room, but was not complimentary. Would have been a nice touch to have even a couple of bottles of water complimentary.

Beautiful hotel, clean, all the amenities, restaurant was excellent, staff very friendly.
