The room was spacious and clean. Very nice balcony.

The fans in all the rooms were remote controlled and the controls were all busted up. The lights on the fans would also randomly turn on, especially in the middle of the night for some reason, or the fan speed would change. Definitely needs to be replaced in all rooms!

The size and location

After 5pm you don’t have customers service on the front desk, you need to reach out to another location if you need assistance, my card key keeps locking me out over and over and it did it once at night time, I had to go to the other location to get a new one

The view was absolutely stunning!! The apartment was huge!! Very beautiful and relaxing! The staff were very helpful and friendly! Definitely will stay again as soon as possible! Highly recommended

I called front desk but there is none after a certain time and I was not going to walk to the other location to get a controller. the tv control in my daughters room was not working.

The front desk was nice The bedding was clean

The room smelled like smoke. They came in and spayed stuff to help the smell which just fell to the floor making the floors sticky. Had to wear shoes or socks at all times. The master bedroom only had a sheer blind on the sliding door. NO privacy from the outside and the sun beaming in at all hours. Had to go and buy safety pins and make a pinned up drape out of pool towels. G an

Walking distance to the beach, resturants and shopping! Pool and hot tub were clean and private. Our 2 bdrm unit was large and had everything we needed for our stay and had a beautiful view of the ocean. Every staff member we met was wonderful to us!! Loved our stay here!

The only reason I gave this property a 9 was the furniture was a little run down and needed to be cleaned, however I would stay here again!

it’s a good location - close to the beach and restaurants. it was a good layout with a nice amount of space and full kitchen.

the unit was tired and in need of a fresh coat of paint and new furnishings. It was the most ill-equipped condo we’ve ever rented. it only had 4 of everything; place settings, etc. and no serving dishes or utensils. There was no communication about what was included and very slow response to any requests. The dryer left dirty marks on several pieces of clothing and when brought to their attention it was never addressed.

Great location and nice pool - we stayed here around 7 years ago and thought then it was good.

Cleanliness was extremely poor - floors were filthy (we got black feet so had to keep our shoes on ) and there were stains on sheets in one of the bedrooms. On checking in we found there were no hangers in one of the bedrooms - I complained and was told 'we don't have any'... I had to go and buy some! Furnishings were old and worn - definitely not as we'd remembered them. One of the bedside lamps had a broken switch and one of the bathrooms had a basin that didn't drain away properly. The main light in the other bedroom also didn't work. The crockery, cutlery and glassware were seriously lacking - 4 mugs, 4 tumblers, 3 forks, 3 spoons and not even a frying pan or kettle -definitely not enough for 4 guests. Pool towel availability was spasmodic - one day when there were none we were told 'they're all in use as the pool is busy' - we checked and there were just 8 guests in the pool area. There was nobody in charge to to take responsibility for any of the numerous deficiencies - the manager had apparently 'been let go' earlier that week and the part-time reception staff who had been drafted in from elsewhere had little interest - with one of them repeatedly telling me 'I don't know - I don't work here'. Stay here at your peril!!

the balcony was pretty cool. pool being a way from the hotel is actually great.

there is no staff. even in the morning I called the lobby 5 times and no one answered. yes it was in the lobby hours as well. the hotel is dirty. they need a deep cleaning in there. baseboards gross, my feet turned black walking barefoot. I didn’t even get provided proper dish soap. it was WATER DOWN dish soap. I got a video to prove it. I hope it will let me post. I’m not picky usually. but this one by far was the dirtiest I’ve ever stayed at. for the price I paid also I would expected more. nice hotel just needs to be cleaned.

DO NOT STAY HERE! We booked to stay for 10 days here. The rooms were super filthy as they are hiring new maid staff and are understaffed. The showers were covered in brown marks, there was dirt all over the floors and the sheets had stains. They had positioned a big glass table in the living room. We after requesting someone to come clean the room, the glass top (which was unsecured) slid off the base and shattered across the floor. They made it very difficult to get someone to come clean it up but also charged us an addition $350 for something that was not our doing. They are con artists and unprofessional. These units are not even owned by the hotel. They are condos that are privately owned and only managed by this so called "hotel" also this is not beach front it is across the street and not worth the money. We were lucky to not get injured in the accident and instead of being cared for as guests we were charged extra and ripped off.

The location was great! The pool area was great

The unit itself was very disappointing considering the cost. The kitchen was not equipped with basics… bottle opener spatulas colinder. The cabinet in the living area was broken and leaking Ike’s terrible and didn’t function. There weren’t any privacy blinds in the bedroom facing the hallway. There were NO hangers in either room. The couch in the living area was old and not comfortable and the chairs in the dining room were all shaky and unstable. I was disappointed with the place

Where do I start? I should receive a monetary discount. AC unit kept freezing over and shutting down. We were told it needed to be replaced. We were given three floor plug in fans. Two of our bathroom sinks were plugged up. After they were so called fixed one leaked all over our stuff in the vanity. The one and only ice machine in the lobby was broke our entire 10 day stay and the one in our fridge was too we had to buy ice. There were hardly any pool towels which could use to be replaced. So we washed them ourselves to reuse. On the day of our arrival we were told that the manager was fired. Many different people filled in but only until 5pm. We had to constantly ask for toilet paper, tissues and bathroom towels. No one asked or came in to to clean and the apartment wasn’t very clean when we arrived.

I loved that we had a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and our own balcony. Loved that the pool and hot tub were on the property. Also loved that we had 2 bathrooms.

Our room was dirty, my son is crawling and within 5 mins of crawling his knees and feet were black and so were the bottom of our feet. The floor felt sandy and like it hadn't been mopped in a while. I hate there wasn't a tub in our unit #204. We couldn't see beyond the palm trees on the property from our balcony because we were on the 2nd floor. The cable didn't work in the living room only the roku live TV worked which had no normal channels. The couch was super old and very wore out in the living room. I didnt like the fact that there was only a bamboo roller shade for the bedroom window/sliding door, we were there for relaxation and rest and couldn't really sleep in due to the super bright sun coming through. The window/sliding door needed black-out curtains

The view from the room was great even though we were across the street. The sunset were unbelievable from the belconey

We loved everything about this location. It was incredibly clean and the furniture was very comfortable. Check in and check out was so easy and the staff was friendly. There was a washer and dryer on site which made everything super easy for maintenance during our stay. This is a diamond property and a perfect location with private parking, hot tub, and heated pool

There wasn't anything we were unhappy with

It was very close to access the Beach. The lanai was large and the little time that the sun was shining on the lanai, it was nice. The walk-in shower was nice. The closeness to Publix was a plus. It was a nice walk to restaurants, shops and tours.

The bed was too hard for us. The loud noise from the intersection was definitely a disturbance. There was no view except for the trees surrounding the hotel and not much sun time on the lanai. It is what it is, I should have asked more questions as the photos showed views of the beach. Only floor 3 has the good view. We were on floor 2.
