The shower faciliies in the disabilty room were excellent.

Sleeping on the mattress was like laying on bedsprings. Made consistent sleep time problematic, which is at the core of a travelers needs.

Odeur très désagréable de cigarette dans la chambre, et établissement très bruyant à cause de la route situé à proximité. Nous ne nous sommes pas reposé de toute la nuit… Nous avons pourtant fait d’autres motels situés près de certains axes routiers mais celui ci était vraiment désagréable

The staff member who checked us in was wonderful. The accommodations were fine.

I was charged for an additional night. My son left the property at 10:55 by Uber. Christina who was working on that Friday stated that my son was told at 1145a that he would be charged for another night and he said it was ok. I asked her to describe my son and her description was completely off. She said she went into the room and saw his belongings, which is impossible because I have the Uber ride information in a screenshot and it shows that he was picked up at 1054and dropped off near Milpas street in Santa Barbara at 1112a. WShe was quite rude and told that someone called me and warned me about the charge. No call was made. I asked for the charge to be reversed and was told that she followed policy. For the record this policy was not communicated to me at check in, nor was it on my paperwork. To this date, I have not received a call from the manager or a refund. Because of this, I cannot recommend your hotel at all.
