The room door was damaged and the beds were too close to each other! Also the driveway is one way in and out!

Nothing, except for the walk-in option for a room

The floors were dirty with stains of who knows what, the rooms smelled horrible, won't give a refund for a booking after cancelation within the same day as the booking. Even after I canceled and just did a walk-in as I needed the room asap

Staff was very accomodating. Lia was good in problem solving the issue I had with the first room where the aircon could not turn on..She moved me to another room at ensured that the facilities were working.

The newly renovated rooms were aesthetically good. However the rooms had dirt that came from renovation. I would advise a good sweep and wipe to the surfaces to make it cleaner for guests.

Que estaba en un lugar accesible a la carretera

El personal de muy mal gusto grosero y muy indiferente a mi queja del mal olor que tenía la habitación pedí y solicité un cambio y me lo negaron rotundamente a pesar de que había disponibilidad Me pidieron el pago de las dos noches y un depósito que en ninguna parte de la reservación decía que había que hacer y no podía hacerlo con tarjeta sino en efectivo y de tan mal olor que tenía la habitación que me tuve que ir y no me devolvieron nada solamente una noche estuve ahí y en booking no me arreglaron nada cuando llamé por teléfono
