No continental breakfast. Only muffins handed out at service desk on demand. The ice machine on the second floor was inaccessible due to the door being locked and not unlockable with room key card.

Everything, requested non Smoking room received a smoking room, 2nd room refrigerator not working and smelled, area unpleasant, breakfast you had to pickup roll behind security window.

I like the location of the property because it was so close to a lot of restaurants and where I was going. I also did like that it had a mini fridge and a microwave.
the room I was given didn’t have a number on it and didn’t have a lock on top so I did not feel very safe inside. it also was not the cleanest and had a few broken items inside

I didn't like that the lady a the counter up front desk said that you guys didn't take cash app. And I'm cool with that.
What I'm not cool . She didn't tell me she swiped my cash app card and took 118.00 dollars out so you guys owe me 180.00 dollars put it back.

The night time staff was really nice and the room already had the air conditioner on when I walked in
I walked into a dead cockroach. The room just was dirty the floors were dirty. The bathroom is portable tub was stained with cigarette marks and dirty bathroom floor was disgusting toilet wouldn't flush but the worst thing of it all is the shower filled up when you were in there so you never felt clean it was disgusting. I also took a video that the door would not close for the bathroom like the frame was damaged

The unexpected damage deposit they request that they do refund back , but do not mention on the website. Also though not there fault our neighbors fought both nights we were there.

Breakfast is ok.. the location is kind of noisy as it’s near the freeway .

Being close to the freeway was the only thing I liked.
I didn't like that all the rooms smelled like hot garbage amd they lied stating the room would have 2 queen size beds when they didn't it was 2 full size beds, also there was no free hot breakfast!
