On the beach, great location. Like having the living/kitchen/dining space
More sound-proofing needed. We were on the 1st floor. Unit upstairs-could hear them walking around a lot.

The access to the beach was awesome and the lawn chairs provided were great!
I think the rooms should have been cleaned daily and trash taken out/beds made/etc. We ran out of towels, toilet paper, trash bags and it was hard to get more.

We love the location, able to walk to the sailing cow for breakfast. Love the fact that we have our own private beach right outside our door and the view is absolutely beautiful.
We were told our room had a Keurig machine so we brought k-cups with us but our room had a coffee maker for coffee grounds. That was very disappointing to not have coffee to sit with in the morning to look at the view.

The ocean was right next to the hotel, so unique, I will remember Dennis port for the rest of my life.
I did not like that there were no in house washing units. Being at the beach, one must always aquire a hotel that can wash your beach cloths.

Location and scenery was awesome. Walked to places too Great decor in the condo we stayed in.
The outside light that came on at night was to bright and lite up the whole unit inside. Hard to sleep with the light shining inside. Owners should have a curtain to close at night. That maybe solve the issue.

We spent our weekend just relaxing in the sun on the lounge chairs that were provided! Location was Amazing! Was a quick walk to many yummy food places, and multiple other beaches! We opted to walk everywhere, but there were plenty of other good restaurants within a 5-10 min drive! We were limited on options since many places were not open for the season yet. It was very quiet, and every other person staying there was very nice! We didnt interact with the staff as it was self check in & out (I am not sure if this was because we went in early May when it wasnt peak season). None the less it was very easy.
Room could have been better. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom, and nothing was plugged in when we arrived. I am sure that it was because we were the first/ one of the first people to stay there for the season. The couch was small and looked kind of dirty, but the beds were nice.

The is a dead deer washed up on the beach right outside or room, freidns who had the room below couldn't stay there because the said there was an odor in the unit, it was the dead deer on the bech.

The mattress's should be updated as well some of the furniture. No outlets in the bathroom. No ice machine.

I liked the location and that it was quiet and peaceful there. It was great having a coffee pot.
Never saw any staff member until check out. No one was in the office most of the time. Apparently they leave at 3? When we arrived there was a note on the office door indicating our room and that the key was under the mat. That was fine but we just didn't see anyone in the office.
Beds were extremely uncomfortable and the mattresses were broken down and need to be replaced. Bedrooms were small and cramped. Could hardly move around especially in the room with the twin beds.
Problems with the TV and nobody there to help.Only gave us 2 face cloths for our stay- nobody there to ask for more linen. Guests are required to empty and dispose of their own trash. I have never heard of that.
