The location

The dirty shower, drain was not attached. We stayed in a handicap accessible room and the shower was so slick, we could barely stay in it without a chair. The toilet also stopped up multiple times. The Mattresses were so disgusting that we probably wouldn't have slept in the bed if we had noticed this first. Also there are not enough plug ins For.a small family, we have too many items that need to be charged and couldn't keep up with charging due to this.

The parking lot was very close to the room. The room was on the ground floor. The two queen beds were appreciated. The competition offered only double beds. Plenty of parking. (did not like the high speed vehicles; scary when going between car and room.

The one sink in the room had a plugged or sluggish P-trap. Drainage took a while. Probably because people put solids down the sink instead of in the toilet. The refrigerator & microwave was originally directly under the very small clothes hanger rack, about half the width of a normal room for four. We had to move the refrigerator & microwave from under the clothes rack. When we did, there was a lot of dirt. Front desk did not have a broom until 10 am when housekeeping started work. We used the little one from our car to clean up the mess under & behind the refrigerator. Toilet was uncomfortably low and difficult to get up from. Would be just right for small children.

The good thing about this property is it is only a couple blocks away from the interstate so you can make a quick exit. Also the room was generally pretty clean

This property is in dire need of a remodel and the staff is unfriendly. The A/C unit screeched throughout the night, the walls were stained with unidentifiable liquids, the bathroom light fixture was loosely attached to the wall, the shower head wobbled from side to side when turned on. There was only one visible outlet in the entire room, and it was next to the sink. The mattress was 8 metal springs wrapped in loose fabric and the frame was somehow too large for a king bed. which when you think about it; that should not be possible. Anyway, this led to metal bars sticking out about 3 or 4 inches on either side of the bed at shin height. You can probably guess what happened repeatedly due to this oversight. Not to mention the deadbolt on my door did not latch and the bathroom door did not fully close. The staff only provided me with one key so when I inevitably locked myself out of my room and went to Victoria at the front desk and asked her to let me in she reacted as though I brutally murdered her dog right in front of her. Needless to say I did not enjoy my stay.

Cleaning staff begged for tips!!!!!!!

The beds were uncomfortable and there was dust and most importantly before it was even time for me to turn in my hotel key someone used a key to walk in the room.
