Basic hotel clean and comfortable beds.
First stay asked not to be placed by road noise, they put me at the closest room to the freeway!!!!
Then second stay I refused a back of building room they put me in the front room opposite corner of the building and there are parking lot lights blasting straight into the window at the level of where you lay your head so its a spotlight in your face while trying to sleep!!! No black out curtains just sheer but I fixed this by moving the lamp to drape the side solid curtains to try and block the spot lights! ridiculous I think most guest want a quite peaceful place to sleep at night !

They staff poeple who make fradulenrlt charges on your credit card and ignore any complaints. Ignored BBB COMPLAINTS AND NEVER REACHED OUT TO FIX THE ISSUES. Complete disregard for complaints.

We travel in Tulare at least every 3 months to visit family. This was the 1st time staying at the Fairfield Inn as we didn't bring our dog ( past away ). This hotel was beyond our expectations. Beyond clean, Beyond comfortable bedding & even tho it is near the highway there was no noise. The parking area is totally lit up at night, there is everything you need in walking distance, the breakfast was more than expected, fresh cut fruit, hot prepared oatmeal ( condiments as well ), make yourself waffle bar, delicious coffee & the seating area to eat was so clean with more than enough tables & chairs. Beautiful lobby & my husband loved the large, clear TV in the room. As I said we travel from the Central Coast to visit family, no need to search for price & comfort this hotel had it all. Our new place to stay in our travels to Tulare. If we go anywhere else we will be checking out Fairfield Inns if they are all like this.
