Beds not the greatest

The staff was incredibly friendly. Very helpful with our car troubles!

It's a good location and surprisingly quiet for being on a main road.

Poor quality of interior repairs and upkeep. The towels and wash rags are stained and wore out. Exterior hasn't been washed for years. Get a new crew of maintenance and handy men, hire a crew that actually cares about how the quality of their work is and looks.

I liked that this motel had beds to sleep on. It served its purpose, but I didn't really enjoy staying there.

It wasn't very clean. Our key cards worked, but the door to our room was hard to open. We were also disappointed that the pool was closed and looks like it will probably never be open again. I guess you get what you pay for lol.

no water in the pool! asked staff for lower level room since I'm disabled. they said there were none avail. later on spoke w a family who got rooms downstairs and they didn't have a reservation! so if it was available to them hours later after I checked in why could I be put in that room ! ridiculous! beds were very tiny...no fridge or microwave! never again !

Everything is fine, nice, clean and front desk stuff was very friendly.

The lock on the door wouldn't open even though the key card turned the light green. Took me 24-36 tries to get it unlocked. Office said there was nothing they coukd do. 6 other residence had the same issue. Would have been nice to be told the locks were not working properly.

Room was dirty. Found hair on pillow. Hairs in shower. Dirt on floor.

Way overpriced. I thought I booked the day before and it was cheaper but apparently I didn't hit finish. So when I checked the next day I found it hadn't gone through and it was more expensive. I don't like businesses that screw their customers in this way. Supply and demand. Just set a price and keep it at that price. Motel wasn't even full.

Shower was too small and shower head in strange location.

AC worked… But AC intake was flush against one of the beds… this could shorten the life of the AC unit, and possibly ultimately lead to a fire… There was a little bit of room to move the bed away from the AC… Also, outside AC flange of room 255 (next door to my room) was seriously damaged enough to snag somebody walking by… Only requires easy fix… … advised morning clerk about both these items… perhaps some tenant just damaged it and short staffed  employees did not notice it yet

The staff was very accommodating. We got in very late the first night and only had an upstairs room. The next day we asked if we could move and they were happy to move us.

Very little. The room was old and in need of updating and long overdue maintenance.

The key lock on the door did not work properly. On my second night, I could not open the door. Staff finally got the door opened and then asked me to move to another room. This process took about 45 minutes. Guests staying in other rooms told me they had similar problems with the locks. My impression of this Motel 6 is that they are skimping on maintenance to save money and passing off facility problems on to guests.

The young lady at the front desk when we checked in was very nice. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean

Our phone was out of order, the door wouldn't stay shut without locking it from the inside, and one of the washing machines was out of order. I had to stay up later than planned to wait for washer and I had to walk to the office every time I needed something because the phone was out of order. The maid knocked on our door at 8:00am. We just drove from out of state, different time zone so it was like 7am to us.

Friendly staff, clean room.

I liked that the bathroom and bed were both very clean.

I wish there was some way to heat food like a microwave,as there are no fast food places anywhere nearby.
