The room we were in was right next door to drunk people who kept coming over and knocking on the door all hours of the night and banging on the walls

Convenient to where we were heading. Easy access from interstate and close to a lot of food

Dirty. One bath towel, 3 hand towels and all had hair on them. Floor was dirty, beds were metal and made a lot of noise

The night manager was nice

When checking out in the morning the morning manger wasn’t so nice. He just wasn’t nice at all.

The location and water pressure and length of hott water was nice, clean parking lot.

The beds were hard as rock, the bathroom vanity (sink) was so slanted falling off the wall. Nothing stayed on it. The tub would NOT drain. And they're was cereal& food in the vent of the heater.

Customer service checking in was abyssmal. She asked for ID and then said nothing else and literally threw the key at me. All the lights were off in the office part of the lobby. It looked like they were closed. The guy behind me asked if they were open. Non-smoking room strongly smelled of smoke and, in the middle of the night, weed. Quite a few "residents" and noise at all hours. Safety is a concern based on some of the activity. Cleanliness of the room is an issue. Floors were filthy as evidenced by bare feet and socks to walk around in being filthy. The only way to clean the floors is heavy mop every day with new clean bucket for every room every day. There were literally holes in the tub on the bottom and sides. The whole toilet wobbled. There were pieces? of something missing off the walls in the sink area. Price was ridiculously expensive for the very, very low quality. Do yourself a favor and pay less to stay somewhere else.

Clean and comfortable room. Staff friendly and helpful. Price perfect for an overnight stay.
