I reserved a room as a I always do on Booking and when I went to check in my room was rented out already because I didn't pay in advance, I always pay cash when I get there which is whatever but then my card has attempted charges for the 5th at 3am on the 6th for $155 which what would have been the price for the 5th then again at 9:30am for 135$ for the next day which I canceled when I knew I was going to be out of town because I ended up renting a room in Marysville.

Cockroach in room. We switched rooms and got a comp after much convincing on our part.
Bugs in the room. Yuck.

People sticking syringes in their hips in broad daylight. The motel room was fine except grab bars are needed.

Taylor is absolutely amazing!!! She had to notch customer service and she helps in anyway she can!! All the staff is super helpful understanding and just plain out amazing!! Makes it so much better starting here!!
Nothing bad to say. This place had its downfalls but as long as you mind your business it's a place to lay your head at night when needed the most!!

Front desk clerk was very positive, polite, friendly and helpful even with having key issues. Security guards were on spot when running around letting guests into their rooms cause if the key issue. Clean, comfortable. Location was convenient. Dennys in the parking lot, get a discount if a guest with receipt. Safeway is close, a few other fast food places within walking distance.
TV USA channel didn't work. Lol. It's a motel, so I can't really complain much. Don't generally get a motel to live there maybe in the room a total of 10 hours, 7 or so for sleeping.

The staff is amazing. I have been staying here a few months now and they have made me feel like part of the family. The manager is on top of things there and don't allow any kind B's to go on so It definitely makes me feel safe. I love this motel out of any other places I've stayed. And That's the truth

very rude front desk clerk, not at all helpful to my Granddaughter who was stuck, by herself in an area where she knew no one. The passes were closed, no buses or trains running west to east. Her phone and ID were stolen
In a snowstorm and was sent from motel 6 north to motel 6 south an hours walk away. The woman would not help her and also made her leave the lobby without even a chance to warm up. With staff that have no compassion. I will no longer use motel 6. To top it off I then find out booking.com has a no refund policy.
