I knew you charged for breakfast, so we brought our own. No harm, no foul.

I really dug everything about the place. Wish we could have seen/heard more airplanes landing.

The manager was absolutely disrespectful and rude. He treated us like we were not welcome and was not friendly at all.

We were visiting our daughter in Everett. Didn't know the flight museum was right next door. That was pretty cool. For last min booking we were happy to get to stay there. Dinner options limited but food was good and staff very nice.

Thought price would have been a bit lower considering booked through site that helps you get best price. Over $300 for one night was more than we should have paid. Thought last min booking would limit my options, so prob would have shopped around if had more time.

The beds are comfy and clean

The bathtub was filling with water.. the drain wasn’t working properly

guests visiting outside in pkg lot after 12 pm making talking noise and laughter during quiet times

In the times we live in,cleanliness is paramount. All expectations met.

Carpet could use a cleaning,but I'm picky.

Pool and Jacuzzi was great. Staff very friendly.

Dated carpeting. No free breakfasts like other chains. First room we got the windows super dirty couldn't see out. Though staff switched out our room, so that was ok.

nothing. regular motel using hilton name to upcharge. almost double other hotels in the area in pricing. we only booked this location because of the advertised shuttle service but was told they don’t offer it.

staff and false advertising. on booking.com, the description says they offer free shuttle to the airport but when we arrived and tried to arrange for one, they told us they don’t offer shuttle service and basically told us that it’s booking.com’a fault and asked us to deal with booking.com. i have a hard time believing that they have no control over their contents on booking.com. They wouldn’t even offer to pay for my uber ride which is only like 3 miles away to the airport and told me to deal with booking.com myself. The manager also blatantly lied that she had no way to do a partial refund for the uber ride. I do hope Hilton management take a look at this manager and deal with her. You have lost a customer at all of your other Hilton hotels around the world.
