The photos did not match the room. It was very dirty and not taken care of. The location was not what you would expect.

The only likeness for this location is that it was right across from where I was visiting a relative.

The lack of cleanliness of the rooms, it wasn’t sanitary. I had a room that smelled like smoke, the sheets were dirty and I asked to have it cleaned and they said it will be when I returned and it wasn’t done. So I got cleaning products and cleaned it, the lady at the front desk had to bring me 3 sets of sheets because they have no night time housekeeping. Also I was given a parking lot number only to have someone else parked in the number I was given. I told the manager about it and she said that she would get me a room that was better for my standards. I was accommodated to a new room the next day due to the experience of the first room. Everything seemed ok until the next morning when I found a tick or something on the floor and my daughter came home with a rash on her feet, which we now know is contagious. The only thing different she did was shower in the new room shower the night before we left.

I originally wanted to stay here because of the location. It seemed like it was in the middle of everything but once we got there there was homeless everywhere! We went inside and it was worse in there. A guy tried fighting another guy just for looking at him. I did not even enter my room because I did not feel safe. I let the staff know and she refunded me the second night and said I would have to talk to a manager about the first night since it was already past due the cancellation time. I called later and talked to Yesenia she was very helpful but couldn’t do much so she told me to talk to the general manager and to call back at a specific time because she will be there. I called about 5 times she was never there. They left a message for her to call me back and she NEVER did. It’s going to be almost a month now and nothing from her. You’re telling me she has not gone in a month?! This was very disappointing and frustrating. Save your time and don’t book here. Smells like smoke as soon as you walk in!

I like that it reminded me that I should lock The door at night.

The list is too long. Homeless outside. Homeless inside. Paid parking for paying guests but not for the homeless sleeping in cars right next to you. Dirty bathrooms. Loud construction right next door. This is the first and last time I will use booking.com

Všude se uvádí,že hotel je naprosto nekuřácký. Při vstupu do pokoje vás přivítá silný zápach z cigaret a popel z nedopalků na parapetu. Pokoje jsou velmi špatně odhlučněné,slyšíte každé slovo sousedů ze všech stran. Booking nabízí fotografie pokojů,ale realita je úplně jiná. Popis vybavení je odpovídající,ale moderní vzhled z fotografie pokojů ve slutečnosti neočekávejte.

The location was only a 10-minute walk from the trolley, Little Italy and had easy access from downtown. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and we appreciated windows that fully opened. Staff were very friendly. On-site parking was really convenient. Price was more reasonable than other nearby lodging.

Parking in the rear lot made heading downtown more difficult because of all the one-way streets. Hall carpeting was quite stained and our room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke until we left the windows open.

Staff were lovely and helpful. Bed was comfy place was clean. Free WiFi and place to charge ur phone.

Ermm no tea or coffee but tbh not really that much of an issue as loads of cafes around. One bed but why would you need more than one as a single person anyway?

People were twerking in the room making crashing noises all night I did not get any sleep.

The location bang in the middle of downtown, walking distance from Little Italy (place for great food! :) )

The elevator and the corridors could have been cleaner

How close it was to Seaport Village the freeway it was clean people where friendly

Had to wait for the front desk a few minutes nothing else all good

No breakfast!
