It smelled sooo good EVERYWHERE

It needs remodeled badly. It is not kept up. The vent in the bathroom was literally falling off the lamps had rust .

Only good thing was the distance to our destination.
The staff was horrid. Had people in the room above us that sounded like horses stomping around and when reported the staff was unwilling to do anything to make our stay any better.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Its a short distance from everything.
It’s very dirty. There are roaches in the rooms, had to clean and sanitize everything & the staff steals from the rooms, even when there’s a do not disturb sign on the door they still come in your room to take your stuff.

It's very convenient to everything. Less than 20 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes to OWA indoor water park
The 3 bed suites needed a 2nd tv since the 3rd bed is in a separate room from the other beds. Also the room with the separate bed could use a lap.

Grass need cutting, stray cats on premises, beds hard, my refrigerator did not work an toilet had flushing issues.

It was decent and the staff obviously worked hard.
General maintenance was poor. A dirty was rag and a hanger were left in our room. The pool was decent but had no working pool furniture. The breakfast was not useful and we ended up buying breakfast elsewhere.

Staff was attentive to our request, once we brought it to their attention. Good location to the center of Foley.

The food was ok. The staff was very nice about everything.
The sheet was ok . But the insert had spots on it.. had to plunge my own toilet. Whoever was staying in the room above me . Me and my daughter and I had to listen to them run around in that room all night. And it was bad .

The staff was beyond helpful and really nice. The remote didn't work, but the staff replaced it within minutes. Our daughter was there with her school and they placed us directly across the hall from her.
There were some stains on the office chair in the room. There was some stains on the floor as well. But they were doing renovations, so that could be why. The toilet ran every time you flushed it. The floor was had

The hotel was not clean at all, they had to send the housekeeper to clean and my mother has to sweep the floor.

Could be improved! Had to ask for supplies..cups for coffee & creamers. The waffle dispenser wasn’t working, so the guest remove the container & poured into cups.

Drink vending machines were empty and mini candies (fun size) in machines for $2. Breakfast could have been improved. Muffins were hard as a rock and supplies/food was not restocked in a timely manner.
