The young lady at the front desk (i don;t recall her name) was extremely helpful and friendly.
The 1st room we stayed in had some type of bugs in the bed. The front desk lady called the manager to get authority to allow us to move rooms. I could partially hear over the phone and it seems the managers did not want to move us but after about 3-5 minutes she was able to persuade him. The second room had a weird smell and several lamps had blown light bulbs, but since that was the last room with double beds we had to keep stay.

Blood on the sheets. Dirty, mattress laying on the sidewalk.

Our room had no towels in it, and there was a roach crawling towards my breakfast in the morning.

Hot water was warm water . The toilet tissue hold was coming out wall when u use it. Didn’t get enough towels. The outlet was not working.

Never reserve any room server or anything.
I called down to the front desk to get my tv fixed three times no one came ever.
Also was woken up at 830am by a worker who needed to pain the door a hour later another worker who want to change lock

Garbage every where. No ice in machine. Noisy at night.

It was a great location. Front desk person was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was really good.
Housekeeping needs to be better. They never swept the floors and we had to always ask for clean towels. There was a hole in the wall which should’ve been fixed.

The only thing I liked about it was the location
Well I guess it may have been some sports event and there were a lot of kids and it was super loud up until about 4 in the morning and what grossed me out the most was the roaches that was dead on the floor and one was crawling on the headboard and it needs some tender loving care lamps were very dusty but other than that the room was clean

Room didn’t have a working shower, everything else looks old and dirty. No cleaning service daily.

Pull out bed we ordered was so rusty was not able to pull out. When we did get it out the mattress was moldy and rusty looking

Location to lots of restaurants, groceries store and OWA Parks.
Out of date decor and had an item taken from room while out at OWA. Bathroom was small. Had either painted over dirt or early signs of mold in bathroom.

Breakfast was great. Need to a Hot Chocolate Bread or Biscuits. More juices Pineapple,etc.
The bathroom vent was sticking out from the wall.

Both rooms stunk really bad and shower was very moldy.
The sheets were not very clean.

clearly a cheaper, outdated hotel, questionable smells, bath not draining well, toilet squealing through the night which is ok when looking for a cheap hotel to sleep in get up and leave but $129 is way overpriced. 69-79$ was expected.

there were bugs in our room. water bugs or roaches. the bed was worn out and sunk to the middle. it was very uncomfortable.
