I liked that the exercise room was functioning, hot tub working, and food very accessible!

Coffee pot was turned on and water in it when I plugged it in. Water started coming out and I burned myself grabbing a towel to quickly wipe up

Front Desk staff was amazing! Breakfast was great! And the pool was fabulous & super clean!

Parking was a bit strange, but not a problem

Some of the employees seemed disshuffled in appearance. Not very professional looking, pink hair, one looked like she hadn't brushed her hair. One came out with his shirt unbuttoned excessively. When asking for extra pillows or towels they seemed to have to shuffle around to find anything and said they were not sure if they had any. They had no linens or blankets for the sofa bed in the room. Finally came up.with some. They did try but just not what I am used to in a hotel. We had to spend a week there for my daughter's horse camp, I will definitely look for a better hotel next year. I feel they should be better stocked and have a more professional dress code and appearance for their staff.
