Breakfast was ok. Juice dispenser wasn't working. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The key card system wasn't working so we had to have someone stay in the room to get access to our room. Lighting was poor. Bathroom was very small and old.

tv didn’t work, sink drain was stuck so water wouldn’t drain, 50 degrees upon entering the room, very small bathroom. Overall, a tacky room for the price.

It was quiet, inside and out. The room was clean and well stocked. The housekeepers were smiling and pleasent.

The front desk guy was very short and dismissive. The lobby floor was filthy. Our door to room 206 had to be slammed to latch. There was no mention of the private parking I requested. The gentleman who checked us out was blasting Muslim prayer music.

The entire hotel had a musty/moldy smell. The room was dark, depressing and had a strong smell of mold / must. It was surface clean by just first sight but the first thing I noticed was the bad smell - the wall A/C unit was not cooling well so I pulled the filter out and it was so clogged with lint/dust and totally disgusting. I rinsed the filter out in the bathtub. I then told the manager/owner that the front of the A/C unit had to vacuumed out because I could see that the whole front of it was clogged with dust and dirt. A cleaning person came in and vacuumed it out. After being in the room for two hours or so (I was on my laptop and on the phone taking care of business) I went to use the bathroom and saw many little bugs crawling all over the sink (at least 10 or 15 of them). I grabbed my cell phone and took pictures and I realized they were baby cockroaches!!! I told the lady at the front desk I wanted a refund of my money and I wanted to get out of there. The owner/manager apparently had left for the day (around 4:30 p.m.). An hour or so later I went back to the front desk and she told me that they would only refund the second night. I filed a complaint with Wyndam and notified Booking.com of the horrible, disgusting conditions of the hotel. I did not sleep much that night and actually sat in the desk chair all night because I could not stand the thought of sleeping in the bed - worried that there could also be bed bugs also. The next day the owner/manager said he would not refund the second night unless I checked out at 11:00 a.m. that day. I did not have the funds to reserve another hotel room so I stayed the second night. It was the most disgusting, horrific experience I have ever had at any hotel / motel - I could not believe that a hotel like this is allowed to stay in business.

the pool and hot tub were very nice, clean and comfortable temps. it was clean. easy access to restaurants and stores.

the outside door was broken right by our room. the staff was pulled in a million directions, for being so busy they needed more help. every thing was very dated but I didn’t mind really.

The location met our needs and the breakfast is was okay.

We were put ina room next to the what I believe was an office and we're awakened 3 different times by people talking or using a power tool. It sounded as though they were in the room with us.

There was a sock on the floor of our room between the bed and the wall when we got there. It smelled like someone had sprayed air freshener to cover up the musty smell. Pool rules/hours weren’t followed; people were drinking and eating in the pool area, and children were loudly playing until well past the 10pm closing time posted.
