The room was clean and spacious. The cooling system was quiet.

Good location
All the room furniture was old and beat up. Bathroom floor cracked and felt soft like it had dry rot

The staff went above and beyond. They also took pride in their job, you could tell in the way they provided excellent service.
I couldn’t find one thing I didn’t like.

Size of King Suite was fabulous. Loved the Rain shower head. The fabulous ever changing choices for breakfast. Smiling faces of the employees. The available laundry after a week long road trip. AND The closeness to Holoman AFB not walkable but less than 5 miles and closeness to the Apartment were family member was living. (Whole reason for the the stay.)
The broken ice machine on my 3rd floor. ( However being fixed however during my stay). Fish tank and swimming pool both out of commission for my stay.

The hotel clerk that we encountered at the front was exceptional. She was so sweet and she was just great!!!!
The pool and the hot tub were out of order and also the Jets in the spa tub rooms did not work.

Big room, nice bathroom, comfo bed.

The breakfast only had 2 options and it was the same both days.
The bath tub was dirty and they didn’t clean the room on the first day. The pool was closed and the shower didn’t have hot water.

The location was great, the outside of the building was very clean. It was close to all sites to visit. They did lower the price of the room we got. The bed was comfortably.
We didn't get to room that i Reserved. We're told that they were over booked. Also told that the spa tub was boken & not able to use. The hot breakfast was not hot, fruit had mold growing in it. The room we got was not clean,(finger prints on closet door, dusty, hair in bathroom sink and floor. The ice machine and vending machine on 3rd floor was not working.) Some guests & employees wear not wearing there masks when walking around inside the hotel.

Comfortable bed and Avery nice staff!
Sack/ brown bag breakfast was pathetic! Air conditioning kept freezing up, and building was warm throughout! Swimming pool was unavailable! We didn’t not get compensated for any of those things! Pricey for so little!

Nothing I could not buy at the circle k gas station. 🙁
Shower: could not lift level to activate, had to call Maintenace only phone was dead so had to look up number and call from my cell. Shower curtain not effective water leaked and flooded bath. Shower heads too many could not select one all partially on. Bed was very low to the floor although comfortable once accessed. Refrigerator stored in a box overheated melted foods on the counter above.

Nothing open in NM when we arrived - not the Hotels fault but it would be nice to know that there were time limits when we arrived
