The location was perfect for my business trip. The rooms were very large and comfortable. I liked the extra perks in the room and free Wi-Fi. The business center although I did not use it, I was glad it was there as a backup. Staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating with my requests. A pleasure to work with.
Depending on where you room is, the busy freeway may be a bit too noisy.

The restaurant was excellent, room was spacious and clean.
The $4 for a bottle of water!!!
The lack of generosity from the front desk when we asked for a few more coffees. They gave us a “couple” not a “few”

our original room assignment had been damaged by the previous customers so we were put in a suite with one queen bed a roll away bed and a sofa bed. sofa bed was very uncomfortable.

They switched us to a double bed as originally requested however a broken piece in the bathroom.
We were issued the wrong room,

The hotel was nice and very accomdating. Easy to find and get to.

Very disappointed in originally being placed in room 420 which your staff knows has a very horrid smell of mold or mildew. When I mentioned it to the staff the young lady that did not check me in originally asked my room number. Her comment was like "oh I'm not sure why you were put in that room". So I said to her--so you guys are aware of the horrid smell and you continue to place people in that room? Silence and was offered another room.
Very disappointed there was not a continental breakfast as I have never stayed at a Holiday Inn without one. Next time I guess I need to do further research as I don't stay at hotels that does not offer free breakfast

Road noises from I-10 can be annoying. we found that by turning on the fan from the HVAC it supplied enough white noise for a good sleep

This hotel has the most comfy beds ever! It was a safe and clean room and enjoyed our stay. They are also dog friendly, which is awesome

Location is perfect for me..Right off the 10 freeway making easy access to venue's with in 20 mins or less..I traveled alone, had zero complications..I will definitely stay here if I travel back to Phoenix

The room itself was spacious and I felt comfortable on the property. The restaurant in the lobby had decent tacos. There are many food options around the hotel. The lobby, hallways and elevators seemed clean.
The management/staff was horrible. My booking was "cancelled" and I was unable to get a refund, and had to pay an additional $600 just to get a room for 2 nights, which totaled over $1000 for a 2 night stay in a mediocre hotel, due to the staffs incompetencies.

The smell to pets at the main entrance. Does the company accomodate guest with pets in a specific area?
Similar Smocking/ non smocking? If don't, please consider it, I think it is a health issue. In fact during my last stay at the hotel, my room did not smell to pet..just wondering. Tank you.😃

the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. i was staying for two weeks and they were all very kind. Great bartender as well. it was nice to get to know people in the evening while watching the Stanley cup playoffs .
if your into free breakfast.. they do not have one. However however they have great food . breakfast and tacos are definitely worth ordering .

The Bed was very comfortable, plus i liked that the A/C didn't blow right on me.
