Tv and desk chair were solid. Desk chair had good support. Luggage carts were really helpful.

Shower head leaked. Install more power plugs on desk.

This looked like a relatively new property near the Glenwood Springs Resort. The room was very comfortable and convenient to the outside, which was important as we had our retriever with us. Breakfast was excellent - lots of variety. There was a small pet area at the edge of the parking lot, which was helpful. Walking distance to the downtown area and its several brewpubs was a plus too!

Great welcome at reception from a new Manager who was charming, funny, welcoming and made us feel special onm arrival.

Sadly we ddin't see much of her again and the hotel is desultory, anonymous, bland and without personality. The brerakfast was a little better than average ....

I liked the complimentary breakfast.

Multiple times we had asked for our room to be cleaned, and it wasn’t. The price ended up being very expensive compared to what it was supposed to be.

The location was easy to access. The staff was friendly. Everything was clean. The air was cold and the shower hot. Breakfast was delicious. Simple and perfect for our one night stay in Glendale!

Location. Close to most of attractions

No outdoor landscape. It would be nice to have a nice sittings with some greens. The pool was too small. Outdoor pool will be a great addition

Everything was great. Staff, breakfast, quiet room. Parking was ridiculous. Not enough space probably because of the restaurants. Not very many spaces available due to that.

Parking space not available. Had to wait for one to be available. People going to restaurant were parking in hotel parking spaces.

Mattress was super uncomfortable.. I felt like I was drowning in the bed. My bad hurted so bad after waking up. Not a decent bed.

Proximity to the springs, pet friendly, and comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding! The staff was great for the most part.

The cost of my stay went from $177 online to $249 after all the taxes and fees. After I think about this, I believe that I should have rated my stay an 8.

NICE PLACE ON MY WAY TO ASPEN

Very clean and updated. Nice clean room and bathroom are nice. Perfect location. Just right off I-70, not hard to find. You can literally walk to the Glenwood Hot springs which we came here for. You can also walk to their nice little town center with plenty of restaurants and shopping. The breakfast was great with lots of choices.

The place was great. I just didn’t feel that welcoming hospitality from the staff during check in. My 13 year old even commented “I think she didn’t like her job.”
