Decent little spot. Definitely a little dated but good for a night. Breakfast was great.

Nothing. They took my $150 and then wouldn’t let me stay in the room I paid for.

Rudeness. I paid for a room. Had a copy of my id and my credit cards in my digital wallet. I also had a confirmation number. My problem was I left my wallet at the gas station 2.5 hours back towards Denver. These women were horrible and wouldn’t let me check into my room I paid for and now they refuse to refund me for it. I’m a student and they straight up took advantage of me. I really could use the money to stay somewhere else but they wouldn’t even have a conversation with me about. I have a digital ID in my wallet get with modern times.

Breakfast room is excellent: spacious and comfortable. The staff person on hand was polite and helpful. Our room on the ground floor was handy, and the bed was comfortable. The heater/air conditioner was quiet.

Cereal selection for breakfast could be better, and the coffee was not hot enough (I hate luke-warm coffee). The bath towels are so thin as almost see through.

Ideally situated in central Glenwood Springs, near to all the major attractions and restaurants. Decent room, comfortable but no added extras that you sometimes find elsewhere, e.g. coffee, tea, and partially equipped kitchen. Free parking, friendly welcome and despite the location it was very quiet.

Added value facilities in the kitchenette.

We are 5(included 1 toddler ) there was not enough beds or solutions. The room was very small, The staff at breakfast was not very welcoming

Nice family owned Inn. Incredibly clean with nice updates. Staff was accessible and helpful. Conveniently located between Glenwood Springs Adventure Park and the hot springs and local restaurants. Lots of choices on their breakfast. We would definitely stay there again.
