Only given one wash cloth an no bath mat. Dogs barking at 2 am and faucet made terrible noise and did not give hot water as well as would lift off the sink base.

Breakfast bar, and goodies. Good location. Friendly staff.

Needing more deep cleaning in room. Bigger fridge and updates needed.

Room was clean.

Didn’t like how people were just outside hanging out around smoking and being loud. These people have to be living there. Cats and dogs around. All parking spaces full.

Bathroom and customer service

The pillows and the environment wasn’t very welcoming.

It was dry and didn't flood

The bedding was visibly stained and foul smelling. Including some of the pillow cases. No resolution was offered the first night. We would not have stayed if it weren't for the late check-in and flash flood warning.

The room was generally clean except for the mirror which needed polishing, the armchair had a stain and the area directly around the AC unit needed tidying up.

Guests who are smokers are smoking in the corridors, in the stairs and just about anywhere outside to the detriment of non smoking guests. Kindly strictly designate a specific smoking area.

I absolutely love the peace and quiet in the comfortable rooms they provide. They are always Grade A in cleanliness and sanitary every visit. But I love the professional and hospitality attitudes of the employees. And I have to say that the owners of the establishment have absolutely exceeded any and all of the others in and around the surrounding areas throughout the times I have stayed in the hotels for periods at a time since before the pandemic started.

Actually I still haven't been able to find anything I can say I disliked with this establishment.
