We did not try the breakfast area. It was from 6-9am. So cant really say good or bad

When we arrived at our room, the room was hot and had a bad smell. The AC would not work (only the fan). The TV remote would not work as well. Called the front desk and someone came and fixed the remote but told us we were unable to to fix the AC unit due to no one being one site to work on it. They did not offer a new room until the next day. Then when we moved to the new room, the bed spread was dirty, the AC unit worked but did not get cool. They phone to the front desk did not work as well. We were too tired and aggravated to complain any more.

The telephone didn't have a cord so it didn't work. The lamp didn't work. The thing that made our stay so bad was the woman who checked us in. She came pounding and I mean pounding not knocking on our door the first morning we were there. She said she tried to call the room and my cell and got no answer and needed to know if we wanted room service. It scared the living daylights out me. I told her neither phone had rang. She was rude and said I called both and walked off. When my son showed me the room phone had no cord I went down stairs and found her I I was flaming hot. I was nice but firm and I was to the point. I told her the room phone had no cord and the only call I had received that morning was from my friend around 7. She just walked off. I will never stay there again as long as they have someone that rude there. If I wanted room service I would have put the sign on the door. There was no reason for her to come pounding on our door.

The bed was fantastic, smoking room, quietness.

No soap at all, had to go downstairs and get it myself, could have had someone bring it up, would have been nice. On check-out, no one around whatsoever.

Staff was nice

Room was musky when we first entered and smelt a like dog pee. Thinknit was because it was closed up and no air on.

The fact that you still have some smoking rooms available. My spouse smokes and it makes traveling difficult.

No hot water ordered a king size room got a plan double room that smelled bad

The room needed to be aired out. It had a smell to it but nothing a couple sprays of perfume couldn't fix.

It was a simple one night stay for us, so we had little time at the motel. It was quiet enough and the beds were comfortable.

Breakfast was limited to gluten products that we are allergic to (bagels, cereal, etc.) The toilet was loose, not bolted down securely. It worked fine so we did not complain or ask to move to another room.
