The beds were comfy and room was clean. Saw 3 or 4 staff on checking in, asking questions, or checking out and all were helpful. Pretty basic breakfast-toast and cereal with coffee/tea. That's all that was expected so it was fine.

Didn't like smoke smell on entering the hotel but happy to report no smoke smell in our first floor room. The bathroom sink faucet handle, nor the plug, did not work easily, but did work. The fan/heater in room was noisy when turned on and air coming out had an odour so left it off which was okay for the temperature that night.

I booked this hotel for the breakfast which was cereal, sliced bread & coffee. disappointed there. But it was better than nothing. The price was reasonable, located next to multiple restaurants. It was a rather uneventful stay.

I found that the room was not in the cleanest condition & could have been better.

The room was dirty. Breakfast area had a little bit of cereal & bread. Not stocked same items left out for the weekend.

Night time desk person was very friendly and nice. The coffee was probably the best we have had at a hotel before. The location is convenient. You basically get what you pay for.

The included breakfast was bread or 2 kinds of cereal. We found a press on fingernail under the mattress. Bathroom could have been cleaner. A couple of the lamps did not work. The pictures are not exactly what you get. We got there around 12am so just slept and left in the morning.

We have stayed her in the pat. It is in a good location for the business that we have in town. The rooms are usually clean, and the staff is for the most part nice.

On the 3rd day we were there, we returned to find our room not cleaned, the beds unmade, and all the towels removed. The owner of our business, a 70-year-old, small, framed woman, went to the front desk to ask for towels. the man yelled at her saying that there were towels in the room. She kindly asked him to come see the room condition. He refused to come and see. He gave us 2 bath towels. No washcloths. We had to borrow one from the other room. We were told that the man's name was Bob.

I like the location because it was by shopping centers and food restaurants and not too far from everywhere I had to go

I didn't like the fact that the first room we was in we was only in it for at least 2 hours and started getting bit by bed bugs and went to the front desk she gave us another room get back to sleep and get comfortable just to get bit Again by more bed bugs. I had asked if I could speak to a manager just see if we could get a refund or something and they said that the manager will be in in the morning so we stayed up until the manager came no manager no phone call

Location related to my event. was a plus. Room had a pleasant smell! Main areas of room were clean. Bed was comfortable. Coffee was good!

Corners of Room and other spaces could / should have been cleaner! Breakfast choices were very sparse. Several light bulbs in room were not working.

very improperly kept property. Bathroom has no shower curtains, no shower rods. The bathroom was barely standing. And did you say ‘non smoking’ room? It was badly smoked in, with major holes in the comforter and extremely musty smelling room. The entire hotel smelt of strong and cheaply smoked cigarettes.
