I loved everything! The Spa, the classes, the pool, the location, the food, the staff. Everything!

The one thing that needs to be upgraded is the flooring in the rooms. The carpet in my room was heavily stained and old looking. Also I prefer a firmer mattress although I realize that not everyone does so it is difficult to please everyone.

The staff are very friendly and the restaurant menus are pretty good, and healthy. its a nice hotel but very expensive for what you get by European standards.the rooms are a good size and comfy bed

music by the pool which is very distracting if you want to rest and read. the rooms could do with a few more items to help your stay such as water glasses. the classes fill up very quickly and it feels like they could have more or bigger classes and more bikes for example. you can only use the quiet zone such as the spa pool if you pay for a treatment which is a bit misleading when you book. it is part of a suburb so you have to drive to a nature trail.

the gardens around the spa are tranquil and serene. all the property is mature and seems spacious but is easily walkable and not to spread out. super convenient store and delicious options are available.
