it was very comfortable. located close to everything. clean. quiet.

location was good and parking outside the front door was good. pool and hot tub area were small but well kept. walking distance to restaurants.
a little dated furniture and decor. from the outside one of our party thought it looked like a prison!

The location was great, close to restaurants and hiking trails.
The room was large and had everything we needed during our stay. Loved the pool, game room, and exercise room.

Everything was great except for the bed.
The bed was uncomfortable. It was hard and cheap, it wouldn't take much to replace with the newer foam beds that aren't too expensive.

We absolutely love this property. Been coming here for years. Easy access to most anything you need. Property is super clean. Staff does not turn over and they are all awesome

we liked everything. The staff was friendly, the location was great and the room had everything you need. Great place.

Did not know there was a breakfast. If there was a free breakfast we were not informed of it.
The property did not seem to be someone's VRBO. It had "motel" furniture and did not feel like someone's home. More like a managed rental. The interior was cold looking and sterile. There was only one roll of toilet paper, one packet of decaf coffee two tea bags, no Kleenex and a limited amount of towels. The hosts mentioned that service may be a little slow due to the lack of staffing.

Pools were great and the exterior is pleasant!
Hot tub was so heavily chlorinated it could not be used and there is an outdated feel to the apartments.

Was a nice quiet small complex of 25 units. Units were nice and well laid out for a family. Should show pics of jacuzzi on patio of each unit. A definite plus. Also should include washer and dryer pic. Did not use but nice if I stayed longer.

Villa was surprisingly roomy with good AC (It was 118 F outside @ check in. Beds were comfortable with crisp fresh linens. Bathrooms were spotless and the unit was very quiet. Greeter was warm and friendly. Check in was easy. Restaurants were all very walk-able.
Let's be clear, this is not a comment of dislike, but this is not a big resort rife with extra charges and facilities.

This is a great property, the grounds are well maintained with gorgeous views . Our spacious condo was beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool, reading in the courtyard and unwinding in our private hot tub.
Friendly staff made this a memorable trip. We look forward to coming back.
