The heat didn’t work. We froze all night when it blew cold air all night

Lovely facilities and nicely decorated room. Comfortable bed, too!

They advertise a free breakfast, but no dice

policy made it tough to get clean towels. paying $300 for 3 day/nights and it was a struggle to them. Room cleaning was out of the question unless for some reason you wake up at 8am to get on a list

Staff was very friendly and welcoming.

It was a non smoking hotel, and the hallway reeked of someone smoking pot. The hallways were very dark and gloomy and so was the room. The rooms were very outdated and carpets were filthy, I didn't even want to take my shoes off. The shower was made for someone 5ft tall. My 6'2 husband could barely fit inside. On the website it showed we would have continental breakfast, and they did not. We then asked about the restaurant downstairs and the staff said it was closed. They didn't even provide vouchers for Sharis next door. The king bed was very comfortable however. We will most likely not be staying again.

the swimming pool wasn’t working, restaurant wasn’t working, no breakfast. The first room we were given wasn’t cleaned at all, the bed were messed up, towels on the floor. The second room was tidy but definitely not clean.

Excellent location. Good potential.
