The staff were exceptionally accommodating. They were kind and understanding and showed me the room before I paid.
The hotel was great. However booking.com was misleading. I booked about a week in advance and booking.com stated there was a restaurant lounge on site and free breakfast. Neither was available

Everything that’s why we picked the place to stay at was closed to the place we were going to the concert

Ashley at the front desk needs training in hospitality service . She was not helpful in my emergency situation. I asked when booked for early check in. She
Refused yo communicate with housekeeping so I did.
She lied about the room not available as she refused to help me until 3 pm .
Dee and Jamie ended up taking care of me and my injured paralyzed pup who had a fever. Bless the kind and professional staff. Ashley ? Improve your manners. You are in the service business so how about pleasant service and dole compassion for others.

It was easy to get to. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Beyond the desk workers the whole hotel acts like it stopped caring about itself several years ago. Beyond the dated feel, the grounds were poorly kept, there was no lounge or restaurant operating, the pool/spa was closed for the season (even though this is mid may and warm weather). Its like this place was the abandoned resort from "The Shining"

Easy to find location. Room was nice and quiet. Plenty of parking for our truck and trailer. Room was well appointed and comfortable.
Restaurant in hotel was temporarily closed. Not a big inconvenience as there was one a very short walk away.

policy made it tough to get clean towels. paying $300 for 3 day/nights and it was a struggle to them. Room cleaning was out of the question unless for some reason you wake up at 8am to get on a list

Staff was very friendly and welcoming.
It was a non smoking hotel, and the hallway reeked of someone smoking pot. The hallways were very dark and gloomy and so was the room. The rooms were very outdated and carpets were filthy, I didn't even want to take my shoes off. The shower was made for someone 5ft tall. My 6'2 husband could barely fit inside. On the website it showed we would have continental breakfast, and they did not. We then asked about the restaurant downstairs and the staff said it was closed. They didn't even provide vouchers for Sharis next door. The king bed was very comfortable however. We will most likely not be staying again.

the swimming pool wasn’t working, restaurant wasn’t working, no breakfast. The first room we were given wasn’t cleaned at all, the bed were messed up, towels on the floor. The second room was tidy but definitely not clean.
