It was dirty, next to train tracks, didn’t sleep well and the heater vent stunk when the heat came on

 let me start with the lady sitting in the lobby with her dog second the flashing light on the my room all night long third construction in the morning for I’ve never stayed in a hotel that I had to get my own dirty towels take them to the front Dess to exchange them out for clean towels when housekeeping was right next door to my room and wouldn’t give me clean towels and rags they didn’t change the trash not one day and I was there three days I asked for my linen to be changed they said linens get change once a week. Oh, let me not forget about the man walking around the hotel. I don’t know if it was homeless or what but I would never be back.

You can tell that the building is old bw auaw I'd the damp smell and feel. The fitted sheet was rough and the carpet needs to be cleaned. The furniture needs to be cleaned. The room rate is overpriced.

Room was clean. Bath was clean.

Noisey. Car in lot with loud music. Fortunately, it did not last late in the night. Renovations were being done. No continental breakfast.

very convenient location. very pet friendly. Large, clean rooms, pleasant staff, love the full kitchen.

the property is being renovated, which is good but inconvenient for now. also the side door does not close securely and anyone could get into that hotel and do mischief. they need to fix this.

Desk clerk was very engrossed in her cell phone and didn’t notice me until I called to 2 times. She gave me room keys that didn’t work. Traveling with a dog it was an inconvenience to have to make several trips to the desk. The facility is located directly in front of railroad tracks with high speed trains that signal loudly upon their passing. Breakfast is not offered however a 7/11 is nearby. The room is in need of serious updating. Bathroom was not very clean.

I liked the hotel because of the room that we got

the First Lady that we had an interaction with was very rude and was not helpful at all this was when we were trying to check in also there is no I formation on your sites that says you have to be 21+ to book and we already paid.
