The girl at the desk said our room was cancelled then said oh we overbooked.

They overbooked room sent us elsewhere and other property was rude & waited 4-5 hours for two rooms to be ready.

the room was clean and comfortable enough, and there was a good restaurant just a few steps away for dinner

The property is old and not as spiffy as the cheaper more modern hotels. I was really disappointed in breakfast and didn't even eat it. Went elsewhere.

Arrived late in evening - fortunatley was able to access the building and checkin.

Frying pan was dirty was not washed. Gross. Shampoo dispenser was empty. A bit pricey.

We arrived late at night, and were very hungry. The staff had had a holiday party earlier in the day, so there was left over food. The host at the desk offered us some food from the party. It was generous of her. And it held us over till morning.

The elevator was not working. We were told we would have a room with a stove and it would be a suite. Neither was true. Tiny room with only a microwave. Totally messed up our Christmas. Worst customer service ever. No attempt to rectify the issues.

Having to wait 30 minutes to check in. Housekeeper still in the room when arrived. waited 20 minutes for them to finish in the hallway. next morning took 1 hour for towels to be brought went down stairs for them myself
