The location was great!

The rooms were older and there were several things that didn’t work in the bathrooms. I had to scrub the tub before using it for my grandson and they didn’t drain well.

Close to town, has an elevator

Carpets need clean and/or replaced. 1 bedroom doesn’t have much of a living room at all, and the only window is in the bedroom and is far from room darkening. There was a odd odor.

Didnt eat there

Really like the unit we was in and had plenty of room For the family and had everything we needed other than a working fire alarm

Smoke alarms kept going off for no reason and maintenance would not come and check it. Really spoiled the stay

The facility was clean. Private entrance was nice. Room was clean. Kitchen was stocked with utensils. It was nice to have an ice machine on the grounds.

I was never told while booking this is a time share. I was not expecting to have to sit and listen to someone try and sell me stuff. The only reason I was in town was for a family death. I was in no shape or mood to be forced to listen to someone try to sell me what I do not want. The outdoor play area is a joke. The description said an area to play football, and a basketball court. The area is actually have a court, and in bad shape. The "football" area was a board with holes in it in the corner of the basketball court.

It was very nice an clean. The employee's where very friendly an respectful.

I didnt care for the check out time. I feel that for a condo 10 is a vit Early

The grout around the bathtub needed to be redone. Dirt around the grout and bathtub. The couch was too low to get up for mid-sixties and mid eighty people. It needs a new couch. Otherwise, I have no negatives. Have stayed in these condos for years. The corners in the bathroom weren't clean.
